As far as staff , Brandy and Dana deserve a 10 because they greet you all the time with a smile! They both had been very courteous and accommodating to my needs and answering any questions I had to make my stay comfortable. I do like the fact that your hotel is dog friendly and the deposit is reasonable and doesn’t require a daily fee for their stay. That requires a 10 as well.

Not having a fridge or microwave in the room

Cheap, no-frills, clean motel… Small room, but you can opt for a larger one…The bed was comfortable. Very little shower pressure but it gets hot. Good TV selection. You get exactly what is advertised, which is a good thing…Literally nothing around the area but commercial property, so don’t plan on walking to anything if you are staying here.

The room has no ventilation system or windows and the bathroom has one but it’s not working The room has no mini fridge.

Very clean. Room was very comfortable, the bed was firm. The grounds are nice for walking your dog and they provide doggy "stations" where you can get a bag if you need one and throw away your dog's "deposits". Most of all, the area where this hotel is located is a medical campus that is just gorgeous. Tree lined streets with sidewalks. We had made a 12 hour drive the day before and it was wonderful to have a quiet shady place to let my dogs get some exercise!

The property is clearly undergoing some repairs/maintenance since the entire back of the building is covered in scaffolding with black netting. But there were other signs of wear and the need for TLC. The elevator doors had the Red Roof Inn logo on it but the material was frayed and peeling. The toilet in my room dripped constantly. (This would normally have driven me crazy but shutting the bathroom door fixed the situation!) There was a certain amount of highway noise but, with the AC fan running, it didn't prevent me from getting a great night's sleep!

Honestly didn't had any problem staying. The staff where nice and try there best due to the hotel maintenance was little hard to deal with the elevator not working but they keep a smile. Slot people complain but they explain they had a light out. Thing happen. The room ac was perfect.

The elevator wasn't working the coffee tray was missing towel for the next day due to the light out they had little. The lady front desk mention soon they are doing remodeling to the place.

I liked the location and the staff is so friendly. I overlooked some things because of the staffs friendliness.

I didn't like seeing baby roaches walk freely, hair on the restroom door( inside/ outside) it didn't look like hair from someones head and unable to get ice. Other than these issues I had a grand time.
