Liked the usual--quiet, except for people arguing outside the room at 1;30 a.m., keep coming back for the location, cleanliness, staff helpfulness, the fact that it's NOT a super-busy motel, rooms vey adequate.

Don't eat breakfast, but doesn't seem like much if you're hungry or god forbid, have a family; coffee ran out and manager on duty didn't have access to refill packets; coffeemaker in room had been taken apart (cleaning?) and not reassembled, seemed to be missing a part.

Location, coffee @ breakfast bar, quiet location with open space to the north (security, visibility), helpful staff. Have stayed in other lower priced motels in the area and this is far better than the others.

Scratchy towels, but if you want plush towels there's a $435.00 a night place on I-10.

Excellent location near intersection providing convenient access to routes I needed to travel, close interstate but not on frontage road, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent price for type of room and amenities.

Guests in nearby rooms appeared to be "sketchy", possibly longer term guests.

Staff was very welcoming, helpful; was allowed to check in early to begin purpose of trip. Gave me a room that was easily accessible. Good location @ Hwy. 6 & Memorial.

Very good location. The room was large. It was very calm.

The pool was green, but it got quickly fixed.

Clean and easy to locate.

Need to improve on their breakfast, need varieties of protein not just subjected to only boiled egg everyday.
