This is a long story, I made a booking through Bookings.com but it was for the wrong location. The two hotels are within 5 miles from each other and both use the Katy Texas name. The one I booked wasn't the one with my family's booking. I'm trying to get a cancellation and full refund for this first reservation. The second location that I eventually stayed at charged me more than the Bookings price. I'm didn't complain much at the time because I wanted to stay with my family and I had plans that I needed to attend to. I find this type of business disheartening because you appeared to not want to work in harmony with third party agencies who bring customers to you. I hope that you choose to cooperate more in the future so that I will have more of an incentive to stay with your businesses.

On first day of the my trip the breakfast was really bad. We informed the desk and they tried to help. Next day the breakfast was excellent. We had l broken iron but the desk and stuff replaced it with better one very quickly. Management and stuff are really helpful.

Booking.com failed to deliver my message to the property. The message was about me being late to checkin. They didn't safe my room because they didn't get my message and they had to make another reservation. Due to that, next day, I had to contact Booking.com to cancel my existing reservation. They were helpful but eventually their cancellation enquiry to the proper didn't arrive to them. It was frustrating, however, the management of the property handled it. Also, it looks property has broken ventilation system in the bathroom, therefor it was quite humid always.

The location was very good for the purpose of my trip, though a bit far from non-fast-food dinner options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized refrigerator (and working freezer!). Mattress a little squishy for my taste, but I still slept fine. Nice, well-functioning guest laundry.

Room's a bit old and could use an upgrade, including the addition of USB ports. I would have liked a few more protein options for breakfast--the only eggs I saw were refrigerated microwaveable omelets--but the oatmeal was good.

Unfortunately, lots of noises from remodeling. May have picked up a screw on my tire because I had a flat tire the next morning. Stephanie was professional, friendly, and accommodating to the noise issues.

Don't like the idea this facility attempts to charge your credit card before you check in , especially if they attempt in the am after the 24 hour cancellation period has expired.The authorization of your card is supposed to be at arrival or after 6pm if you don't arrive on time.

i like the location, it was clean, staff was great at every moment; breakfast was good as well, it is my thirds stay at that hotel and I keep in thinking it is fine.

I had a luggage weight with me and I couldn’t find it anywhere in the room. while looking around I found a pair of sun glasses which means the room is not cleaned properly. ( plus the lost of my luggage weight)

The front desk staff was AMAZING! Both the day and night staff. The prices for the snacks were reasonably priced. Most everything was $2. It was quiet and not loud at all.

They didn't have enough pillows for our room. We were using the pull out couch for our girls and no extra pillows or blankets. Also, no big size towels for the pool. Also, our Saturday breakfast had hardly any protein. We had French Toast sticks, bacon that seemed to be microwave bacon, waffles. They did have small containers of yogurt and some oatmeal. No Apple Juice.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean everywhere. 0 issues, none, nada. My friends picked up a room for 20$ less on the next door hotel and they regretted it. It were enough parking even in a busy weekend. We felt peace in there

The location was where I needed to be. I was close to the restaurants and club that I wanted to go to. I was close to the shopping that I wanted to go to.

Booking.com does not have a way to cancel part of the stay without being charged the full price. I needed to cancel one day of my stay and was not allowed to have the charges removed.

That I was charged $75 for pet fee for staying one night as I thought it will only be $35 only to be shocked at check out that stays 1-4 days is at $75 pet fee regardless if ataying 1 night or 4🥹
