From the front desk check in to the clean comfortable rooms to the checkout was smooth. Being right off the highway made it easy to find and get where we needed to be. Loved having the directv in the room for many options to watch while being in our room and for our kid. The room and bathroom were very clean. Fridge and microwave were also nice to have in the room.

The beds and pillows could use an upgrade but they weren't terrible. Pillows were to big to sleep on and mattress had indent in middle of bed making you fall to the middle while sleeping. The walls seemed a bit thin, could hear the upstairs room all night and anyone in the hallway but thats not necessarily the hotels fault. Just rude guests that dont think about others.

No carpet, so room was cleaner than carpeted room with no bad smells. The bed was comfortable, but there was only a light, very cheap and slippery nylon cover on the bed

The breakfast was a joke. If I had been at the next door facility I would have been forced to trek across the parking lot for that pathetic offering No coffee pot in the room. Small cadet sized toilet that was so close to the floor, anyone with slightly older knees or hip problems (I was in the handicapped room) it is not only difficult to get up off the toilet but, part of the time, because the toilet was so short the water was too close to my butt and I ended up getting my hand in the toilet water just trying to wipe. The curtains didn't close fully, and being next door to the exercise room, the over aggressive door closer made it very loud

The pool even though it needed a cleaning it was lean enough to swim in and it was actually open. The jetted tub was nice and the spacious room was very accessible

It was old so there were some things that needed to be repaired but nothing too bad. The key cards need to be demagnetized every day and the staff was anything but friendly and welcoming. They made me feel like it was an issue that I was staying there. When I’d get my keycard demagnetized they’d roll their eyes and didn’t crack a smile at any point

The continental breakfast was delicious and neutritiional.

The floor of the mens restroom on the first floor could have been cleaner. The floor around the urinal was wet. The towel dispenser was clogged, so I reported it to the front desk. There was some trash wood from the back fence that had recently been replaced. I recommend your hotel dispose of that old fence lumber because it is very unappealing and quite visiible just from being on the right side of the front of the hotel.

Loved it! Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. I staid twice. This located right off I-10 and surrounded by many restaurants. I didn't try the breakfast for simple fact, early riser and travel when hardly any traffic.

I staid on two different floors. The second time, I was located by ppl that could not figure out that 2am is not the time to have family issues. But I did make it my mission to repay when I was leaving. :} Other than that, no issues!

The Signature Palacio Inn is very, very nice. I would recommend it with no problem. It is super clean and the rooms are very nice and very cutely appointed. It is not the newest hotel but it is maintained very well. I think it gets confused a lot with their other hotel called the Palacio Boutique Inn because the reviews don't reflect how nice the Signature Palacio is. I can honestly say none of the bad reviews I read could be substantiated in my visit. Bed was comfortable.

The location wasn't ideal, in my opinion.

Large comfortable room. Very competitive price. .Plenty of room in the breakfast area...

Getting on and off the I-10 feeder road was a challenge during busy traffic time. . You can't expect too much for breakfast for the price I paid. Even though it was scrambled eggs, waffle and continental breakfast it's a nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee.

I enjoyed that the location was close to important areas such as a grocery store, restaurants and good entertainment options.

I didn't like on my first day that my room had a small amount of unclean furniture. The staff was greatly accommodating to correct the problem.

We came in through some very bad weather. When we arrived there was no electricity to the hotel. The receptionists had to change our rooms because I could not do the stairs. She apologized but it turned out better for us. The room was clean. The staff very good. Will definitely stay again when visiting my son.

Nothing really.

Not overcrowded. Plenty parking I was on the 4th floor. Loved the view I craved coffee before breakfast.served Wished I would have known where it was at earlier

No meat served at breakfast. I would have paid for it. I understand meat is expensive to serve on a free breakfast with a stay. No cream in room. Their was just the sweet an low. I never use the coffee in room.
