Room was clean & comfortable, and AC worked well. It's a new property, so we expected that.

Parking lot lights shine into the room all night - it was brighter than daylight. Drapes were damaged, so didn't completely cover window. / Obviously no/inadequate soundproofing between floors. We were on the 3rd floor and had to consciously walk very lightly. / No magnifying mirror in bathroom. / Most notably, no breakfast - which was advertised as part of price.

Great location plenty really good restaurants close by so no reason to starve. The location was great it was so many places to eat in the area. For my first time in Katy Texas I enjoyed my stay at studio 6 it was a nice & clean. Not too many people to crowd the place is something I also was looking forward too.

The front desk night staff could’ve been better attitude wise but other than that not too many complaints about the staff. I can say they could offer their services more such as breakfast and any additional services.

This hotel chain has built hotels that are not handicap friendly instead of putting them on the bottom floor they put them up in other levels and you have to use the elevator the problem is when you go out of the elevator there's a wall staring at you and there's not enough room for your mobility scooter to be able to exit without hitting the wall

New building with small but functional kitchen on the rooms. Our microwave was installed on the first day we were there. We were well treated during our week on the hotel by everyone.

A little hard to find cause we arrived during night, but once we found it it was easy to go back the rest of our stay.

We were so comfortable during our stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! And I was extremely happy with the pop cleanliness of the hotel! I also love love love that there was a full kitchen! The refrigerator was so large!

It was a little confusing to get to but once I figured it out it was easy to get back to.

Spout on the kitchen sink. Should of came out further, so you don't get water on the counter.
