The location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, bank, pharmacy, emergency care, Target, Whole Foods, FedEx, UPS, etc. My room was just right with microwave and refrigerator. Not too big and not too small. It was semi-divided into a bedroom and sitting room with love seat. I enjoyed sitting on the loveseat to read and crochet. I stayed happily for 2 weeks.

The breakfast was decent and above average. . I just got tired of it day after day. It was eggs, sausage, cereal, white bread toast, juice and usually apples. I didn't make any waffles. I avoided the yogurt because of the sugar. I have had more meager breakfasts in more expensive hotels. Occasionally though, I have had breakfasts with more variety in other places too.

It is very clean, breakfast is always delicious, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, they have a nice clean smell and spacious for your average room. They have an option for room service although I’ve never used it. It’s is very quiet and in the heart of grocery stores, shopping plazas and restaurants. Most definitely will stay here again! When you want a stay away from your normal life and get a peace of mind, I highly suggest the Comfort Suites Westchase Houston Energy Corridor.

The only thing that was upsetting about my stay was that my vehicle was towed the first night after I checked in. I feel like the proper accommodations and procedures were not taken to make sure that my vehicle was secure was not taken. I have to get it out and I was not reimbursed for the mistake. My tag flew off while I was driving to get to this location and was in the process of getting another plate, the reason given to me by the manager when told about my car not being at the location was that they cannot have cars here with no tag. I still feel like this was still handled improperly.

This is a great place to stay. The location is walking distance from almost everything I needed. The staff is very friendly. My bed was very comfortable. The nights were quiet. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is always staffed.

This particular time the love seat had no floor lamp by it. I remember my previous room had one, as I was able to crochet by the light. This time I could not. So, slightly less happy with this particular room, which also showed some evidence of prior damage.

The property was very comforting. The entrance, lobby, and the room was very relaxing and comfortable. The environment and location was perfect for the activities we had planned. It was convenient to everything.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like about the property. The tissue could be better but it wasn’t a major issue.

Incredible front desk clerk. The hotel and rooms offer so much for the money. Generally very clean except for 1 item.

1. My colleague's room had a light smell of cigarette smoke. I think this is probably the exception and not common for this property. 2. I think this property was located to cater to business travels for a group of office buildings in the area. Our business was in a different part of town and the hotel's distance off of I10 was not ideal. However, we got a great weekend deal for the 2 rooms and this is probably part of the reason. All in all we were very pleased.

Overall, the hotel is clean and my room was comfortable But,Management needs to do surprise room inspections after their employees clean rooms

Management needs to make sure that the rooms are fully cleaned, make sure toilet and tub are cleaned and disinfected, and that the towels are cleaned and free of stains. I had to ask for more towels( that was disgusting) ,towels did not look clean at all and their was only 1 towel for the face,so their wasn't enough from the start And the other issue is the free breakfast wasn't worth getting up early to go downstairs to get..need to rethink your breakfast menu

Very clean, great location . Room was very comfortable. Bed and Pillows were awesome.

The only thing is that we couldn't get extra blankets or sheets. I'm always cold, and we couldn't get linens for the sofa bed . This was our only complaint.

Wonderful location with minimal noise and plenty of restaurants nearby. As well as ~30 minutes from downtown.

Lighting wasn't the greatest, for the room to be mostly illuminated, all lamps needed to be turned on. This could be seen as a plus for those getting up at night who wish to avoid disturbing other guests inside the room.

The proximity to my business destination is very close. The staff is very cordial and professional. Rooms are very well kept. The lobby and fitness area are kept very well. Breakfast coffee and breakfast items are a great plus.

Some streets around the area are in bad condition, or being repaired. Traffic during rush hour(s) is somewhat heavy.

The property was very clean and staff was very friendly!! Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect! Lots of restaurants and stores around! Will definitely stay here again!

A safety deposit was never mentioned with the booking. I have no problem paying the safety deposit but I would like to be aware if $100 extra is part of my cost.
