The breakfast was good based on what I expected. Essentially it saved my wife and I three days of having to go somewhere to have breakfast.

Confusing signage in lobby indicated that there was accessible bathroom on the lower level beneath the lobby, but that only led to an open parking lot. The bathroom ended up being on the second floor. I did not like the fact that there was no other open bathroom to use. At that point I had checked out on my room and ended up having to go across the street to use the bathroom as housekeeping was cleaning the bathroom on the second floor. as housekeeping occupied the bathroom near the pool

Very nice stay, to be completely honest the Holiday Inn express and suites has been a wonderful place to stay me and brother came and stayed here for approximately a week and it has been very nice, the only real problem that we faced was the deposit, the deposit cannot be paid except with a credit or debit card, and you cannot use a card that does not have your name on it as i could only use my parents card, we made work since the people at the hotel could not do any expectations, but it is somthing to consider when you go to check in at the property. But overall wonderful stay

Everything about the hotel was great

Except for the "rude" attitude of a manager who was unprofessional,,,and unethical in giving away my room that was reserved for my mother disabled mother. I am a IHG member. Otherwise everything including the accommodations the food the cleaning staff everyone else was wonderful but they need to address the attitude of hospitality with the front desk manager/staff in making sure that they "treat" guests with alternative accommodations for disabled people after paying for their reservation.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had lots of towels and space to put our stuff away. I did enjoy the parking area where we didn't have the car underneath the sun. And the convience of having a space where you can buy snacks.

Not all of the staff wasn't the friendliest. The manager raised his voice to my husband. Check in took a long time. The manager also told us to move aside to help another customer. Lastly our king bed was not available and we had to settle for 2 queen beds.

The hotel staff was very nice.. The lady taking care of breakfast was phenomenal. Great attitude. Everyone was very nice. The rooms were great for a family of 5. We all had a spot to sit at and eat our take out dinner. Rooms and the hotel in general were very clean , house keepers did a great job during our stay.

The pool area was ok, but no shade. The pictures on here are misleading. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Breakfast was hot and good. Everything offered was available when we went down about 8:30am on a Sunday morning. Attendants were there making sure all questions were answered and supplies were there.

Parking was somewhat limited when we arrived at around 8:00pm on a Saturday night and signage was confusing or nonexistent in the parking garage. No one at front desk to check us in. We hate to go to staff only office to find someone. We requested an accessible room but the toilet was standard size and not ADA toilet. Too short for both of us to be comfortable.

The entire hotel was so clean and smelled great ! Breakfast was great too.

Very little parking at street level and the parking Garage was extremely low . Glad I didn't bring a trailer and my truck wasn't 4 inches taller or I wouldn't have had a parking spot at all . You would have to get here super early to snag a spot at street level . Hardly any cars parked in garage all of them were parked up top leaving zero room for trucks .

The staff was friendly. The property stayed cleaned at all times.

I had very loud teenagers next door. They were loud from 3am-6am. I called to make a complaint two times no one came to tell them to lower their volume. I have a 2 year old sleeping. The teenaged neighbors are ere clearly having sex moaning extremely LOUD. While yall out inappropriate things.

Had to wait to get checked in since room not ready. Then after waiting over 30 minutes, had to move to another floor. As well, breakfast sausage and potatoes were not especially tasty, but the rest of breakfast was.

This was a safe clean space for myself and children to land after an 18hr car ride. They were so friendly and made us feel at home. The pool and gym were amazing as well as the laundry room which came in a clutch! A special thank you to Chris(front desk) he went above and beyond to give me options in case we needed to extend our stay. Thank you all.

The lady in the kitchen that watched over breakfast was rude. She wasn’t helpful and the only thing she said to us was “CLOSED” as she stood at the doorway watching us scurry to grab last minute items. She needs hospitality training asap.
