Considering the low cost it's a great hotel for the money. Breakfast is simple but good. There is no room service unless you ask for it. Rooms are big and well equiped, but some of the furniture is slightly worn out. The staff is very kind. If you search for a low cost and comfortable hotel it's a good choice. You will not be disapointed.

I would have liked at least one room service for the 6 nights that I stayed.

Coffee pot cup for coffee packet did not fit the pot slide so I had to hold in place while water dripped. Bed, clean, desk was great size & had light. The steam was hot on fingers. No soap at bathroom sink- only at shower. I dropped water on floor to get body soap so might be a slip hazard. Lotion at sink was handy in cold weather for chapped hands.

Sofa might need a reading light. TV faces bed so not convenient.

The staff was great very personable.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel had a fire in December and that was not on the website. I would have chosen somewhere else. So that means the good buffet breakfast was not available.

Economical, ice cold AC, 20+ items in the breakfast and no smoking rule at the property . Very close to many stores and highway zones.

Magnetic card key stops working if you put it in your wallet next to a credit card or in your pocket with the mobile phone. A single hook in the bathroom to hold your towel only but what about other clothes specially if you are staying with your kids?

How close it was to the Anime Convention I got to attend on Saturday. And quiet it was for me and the person i was seeing.

The smell of the room. It was weird and almost like a moldy and damp and wet smell with a mix of a boys locker room after it not being in use of a weekend. But it was especially worse when i had air on.

I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, my stay was only supposed to be one or two nights..but ended up being close to a week, I was in-between apartment's so each day I thought I was leaving, and was so cool when I overheard employees at shift change saying he may or may not be leaving so let's give him a late checkout.....this wasn't something I asked for just one of the small things they did on their own that was greatly appreciated.

I enjoyed the rooms being spacious. I did enjoy the breakfast they had every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The price for staying 5 days was little high compared to some others. Also the room has no microwave and the key card kept deactivating which was a problem

Staff are wonderful and really nice and they serve warm breakfast my family and I loved this place and will return

The pool was closed due to remodeling. Hopefully, next time is done

The proximity to my business destination.

Initially assigned room 209. Toilet tank was not working, so I was moved to room 210. Didn't notice until next morning that there was ZERO bath towels. Had to go to front desk to ask for towels, which she provided.

The staff. All were very helpful.

The breakfast was terrible. Meager. Uninteresting. Fruit was not always present. I avoided it when I could.
