They had a gym, a pool, a good breakfast buffet (with make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, bagels, eggs and more) and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great for a family.

It is right on a freeway (which is convenient for getting there) but means some noise at night. They could try to use more sustainable materials at breakfast (e.g. real plates rather than paper plates and plastic packaging) to reduce waste.

We only had breakfast the day we were leaving. However, I found it to be great. The facility was very clean and housekeeping completed their job very well. I would stay at this facility again.

I'm from Louisiana coming from Hurricane Ida. The space of the rooms were large, enough room for our toddler to run around and play. Around a lot of food places.

The air conditioning could use some work, it took a while for it to cool down to our likeness.

Design of the room was very accommodating for my family and like the den area with sofa and partition to allow for watching tv without disturbing others in bedroom area. Also loved the gym and enjoyed the grab and go breakfast that had nutritious items to choose from and it was very organized, clean and convenient. The hotel is very clean and it is in a great location.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Everything is on a just satisfactory level. Room for improvement to satisfy a need for a comfortable stay.

the room was clean but had a smell of staleness, the shower was tight for handicap and I didn’t ask for a handicap room

I was traveling from San Marcos to Houston for a funeral. Unbeknownst to me, the church was 5 minutes away from the hotel!! Plus, the hotel was on the access road of 290 which is the road I traveled. I had a wonderful night’s sleep!! Thank you!!

More variety for breakfast not same choices each day

Everything was great with my stay. I was very comfortable.

I did not like that I wasn’t advised that they were going to hold a deposit for my stay when I arrived. Also, I did not like that it was good left inside the refrigerator of the room. But other than that everything was okay.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. My husband, his cousin, and I absolutely loved our room, the breakfast, and how friendly the staff was. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back!

It was mostly our fault, but we wish we could have made it to the breakfast all 4 mornings. Other than that, we definitely didn’t have anything to complain about! Checking in and out was very simple and we definitely received what we payed for!
