I loved the breakfast and friendly staff. It was a great location for the plans we had in the Houston area. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff refreshed our room as they stated they would. I would definitely stay here again.

There's not really anything that I specifically did not like. The property had maintenance going on, but it didn't take away from the stay.

I liked the location it was close to the highways we had to go to other places. Leslie at the front desk was awesome in every way and the main reason we enjoyed our stay. She was very courteous and knowledgeable, and was just customer oriented, which is a lost are these days!! Thank you Leslie! and Residence Inn.

Enjoyed the Continental Breakfast, more than adequate, hot waffle maker, very nice assortment of entrees. All Staff were friendly and helpful ! Rooms and kitchen were spacious, beds heavenly, bathroom was large and clean with nice toiletries

Close to Cypress TX. The indoor pool was great.

Usually they have towels out for the guests for the pool. Had to ask this time. I was wanting a tub. I was told they had no rooms with a tub, but we had same type room on same floor with a tub last time. The key card would not work at the main door for the pool entrance. I was told probably needed new batteries. Two hours later it apparently still needed new batteries.

The hotel had everything that you would want/need. The room was clean and very spacious. The free breakfast was the cherry on top! Looking forward to my next stay here.

There is nothing bad that I can say about this hotel.

The location was awesome. The breakfast needs improvement considering the cost of the hotel. Very disappointed.

The property felt like a safe haven for my family and I after the Houston Wind Storm on 5/16/24.

The elevators were the only drawback because they were a bit slow and the last day only one was working.

Very clean and very affordable! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was delicious! Free parking!

Pool was a bit harsh with chemicals.

Overall the stay was fantastic. The staff were great and my kids loved the breakfast. The games in the lobby was an awesome plus!
