The hotel was very quiet and calming right from the start which we absolutely loved, the room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were so lovely and polite and helped us with anything we needed and the breakfast was pretty good but could have had some more options for picky eaters like me.

I thought the elevators could use some work since there’s only working one that takes ages to come up or down but the stairs are perfectly functional and have lots of room.

I love the aesthetic of the hotel & my room. The room was spacious. I love the black out blinds!! It was quiet for the most part, so I was disturbed. Parking was easy to find. Lots of restaurants around. Hotel staff was nice; the lady at check-in made sure I knew the times for breakfast & correct way to enter the internet password; another staff member helped cut my wait time to check out short so I didn't have to wait in line. Gym had pretty much all of the equipment I needed to continue my workouts while away. I enjoyed the yogurt and granola for breakfast.

The lighting in the room was off; there were 3 different colors of lights from the different lighting sources. 1 of the lamps kept flickering while I was using the desk to work. There was no microwave in my room so I had to use the one downstairs in the lobby. While I was in the gym the lights kept turning off; I assume they are motion-sensored, but where I was working out I wasn't triggering it. So I had to constantly move to that area to get them to turn back on. The pool was unusable because it was missing a part. I had to go upstairs to get the lobby cart (a staff member left both upstairs in a corner) so I could load up my things to take to my room. Need better breakfast options (better variety of cereal, thicker bacon, scrambled eggs etc.,)

EVERYTHING, some tiles do need to be fix in room in the bathroom. Some smells here and there but NOT TOO BAD. just regular hotel smell. Pool was nice, & GYM TOO! LOVED the fact they have opened towels. They have a bar too! close to like 5 restaurants! IHOP for late nights!

I originally booked with affirm, and it didn’t process for whatever reason. When I get to hotel, I have to pay the reservation and deposit. Front desk associate also said they don’t or aren’t suppose to do TAP, which for affirm it’s a virtual card. So my affirm didn’t go through, and I had to pay the fee with the deposit (security) on one card, which I didn’t plan. So plan accordingly. * I use affirm for hotels that way I know, I can place the hold on my personal debit. I have had a history of multiple charges to my debit card when I paid all fees on my debit card, so I use affirm to virtually book.

I liked that it was clean and quiet. I was in town for my Dad's funeral so I basically just slept there with my sister for one night. The price is good as well. It's also located by restaurants which is convenient.

The one thing I didn't like is that I booked the room on my debit , card and put down the $100 deposit when we checked in, so a total of $192. We paid cash when we left Monday and they still haven't refunded my money back. It's been 5 days. I feel like that's plenty of time. Now I have to call them and see what the hold up is.

The property was great.

Nice hotel, just some minor things. When trying to call the front desk, the phones were always busy, I had to call the 1800 number on Google just to connect to the front desk. Some of the lights/lamps on the front desk was completely out this was the reason for me to call them but I just said forget it too much work. Lastly, they never tell you the fine print that it’s a $100 hold on your card so be aware of that.

The stay was awesome and in good taste with the food and scenery. Room was well kept and clean. We were treated special and respected at all times. Your hotel experience set the stage that ensure everything in good taste and thank you will surely recommend others.

What I didn't like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), 1970 noise, water, smell of poison and the Mafia activities associated with Mississippi and Texas that continue who resist to cease.

The complimentary breakfast was good! I liked that the options were slightly different each morning…added variety!

We stayed on the 4th floor and it smells like the pool area but honestly, that was the only downside. We did rent a car which was helpful getting to main areas like downtown. There’s restaurants and a small shopping center within walking distance but to downtown you’ll need to Uber or drive which was like 20-30 mins away.

Front desk stuff was mean …arrived at 12:30pm and asked if any rooms ready …our family was there from previous night and we asked to get room close together….the cleaning lady said the room was cleaned from 7 am that day but the front lady said no rooms available:( and to get back at 3 -4pm We did and she gave us a different room at a different floor ….disappointing:( Otherwise hotel was good

We stay here often. That says it all.

For 2 years we’ve been coming here about every 6 weeks plus or minus. And for 2 years the same one of two elevators has been out of order. This weekend it really jammed things up and created unreasonable wait times any time we needed it. I think it’s time to fix the danged elevator.

I was running late for check in due to I was at event that started at 10am and was still going until after midnight. I called several times to confirm I was still going to be there. Michael and Aaron were both extremely nice and made sure my reservation was not cancelled.

The only thing I suggest is a way for early check in without actually needing to get into the room. I just needed to pay and get my key since I was at an event that was 30 minutes away that was planned from 10am to after midnight and not able to leave to check in. Thank goodness you have some awesome employees who helped me
