Location proximity to my event,courtesy quite friendly staff,size of the room/living room and utilities provided plus healthy breakfast served daily.

The hallway carpets looked dirty,elevation is stuffy(needs overhead fan), and entrance door/hallway when you step im smells like cigarettes/other nose-irritating smoke.Evident that the smoker did not step out clear from the building. At arrival the 1st room assigned to us the air conditioning system was broken.we had to request for a switch to another room.This is not acceptable because if we did not check before stepping out for the meeting, we would have returned late night to find out we have to sleep in a hot room. ALL UTILITIES NEED TO BE CHECKED BEFORE LEASE/ASSIGN OUT ROOMS

What I didn’t like about the property was all the doors to the guest building were broken as well as the entrance gate.The hallways felt dirty and with a musty smell. No bbq grill was available to cook our steaks as planned.

The room surprised us, The room was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a studio apartment, basically. I had full intentions of walking in the room and right out The room was amazing the

The elevator reaked of weed. The carpet in the hallway was a trip hazard, and the hall had an old smell.

Surrounded by everything you could need and want.. restaurants, grocery stores, etc

I had to switch rooms because my hot water wasn’t working , but the maintenance showed up in a timely manner (very professional) and tried to the problem but wasn’t able to so they moved me to another room within a hour..

Overall the place is nice and quite, breakfast is good comparing with the price, the rooms are clean, location is good there is a Kroger market nearby, bus station is also very near.

The sofa bed is not comfortable.

The window air conditioner was much too noisy and the central air conditioner was not working until a nice technician came and fixed it the next day.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family when they visit Houston. The breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable bedding. Ashley at check in had a beautiful smile and awesome attitude when we arrived she went above and beyond to help me with my stay! 😊

A lot of noise at the pool at bedtime! Guest hanging in the halls at night time too loud!

It was close to the venue we were going to, AC worked great during the summer months

It was kinda outdated and a lil dirty.

I liked the gated area, I felt safe inside and my car protected. I liked the set up of the room, it felt like being in an apartment versus in a hotel room. The breakfast was really good and a lot of options.

You had to swipe your room key to get through the gates, my room keys kept voiding as they can't be next to a cell phone or anything magnetic, so I had to keep going back to the front desk to get into the parking area.

I loved the full breakfast that I had the privilege of enjoying.

I didn't like being on the first floor. The people above my room were somewhat noisy. Which I guess is to be expected.
