Thanks to the check-in staff, we got a special room for disables with convenient designs. The room has necessary equipment like microwave and fridge. Beds are comfortable. AC works well to heat the room.

No breakfast is provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Road construction outside so it was a bit hard to find and reach the hotel these days. When I checked out, a person in the lobby took my door card.

It was very nice. The room was great. The beds were comfortable and it had a big bathroom which was great.

Wasn't anything we didn't like. We love staying here when we come to Houston.

It was a little confusing finding the actual location. The lighting in the room was also a little confusing with the switches.

Room was clean and was able to get amazing sleep in the bed. The heater works very well (almost forgot about the freezing weather)

It was a really great experience. The bathrooms are super clean. I accidentally left my purse and they returned everything exactly how it was. Really nice people at the front desk!

Floors hear everything through walls. Gao in the door I had to tap because cold air comes through door
