I didn’t have any breakfast but the staff was very polite. I did not get the front desk worker name but she was excellent!! She worked the 2-10/3-11 shift on October 4th and 5th. Mr. Keith was also very helpful. The tv went out and he got us moved to around room Asap!!! The housekeeper supervisor made sure the room stayed clean and stocked with clean towels.

The price for parking. I did not understand why we had to pay 6.50 a night to park your own car on the hotel property.

The rooms looked like they had recently been updated and were very spacious. All the linens were very clean. Mattresses were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The front desk was nice and helpful, especially the young lady at our checkout! She was delightful.

They missed some easy wins by not updating the outlet and light switch covers. They are yellowed and dated. Also, our refrigerator did not work.

Very comfortable room and super nice hotel. Walking distance to Kroger. Starbucks in the lobby. Nice pool and workout facilities

Bathroom cleaning was a little bit of a miss, still a lot of hair from a previous guest. No breakfast available, and Starbucks can only bill to the room so you can't get any on checkout day. Not the 'fun' area of Houston, so just be prepared to drive if you go downtown.

The property was clean and modern. The onsite Starbucks was very nice. There are very nice areas within the hotel where you can eat or hangout. Lots of TV for your individual use and a very comfortable setting.

The pool was open but not very clean, the hot tub was very dirty and not open for guests. The onsite gym/workout room needs equipment and the elevator was hot and stuffy.

Love the room. It was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Love the back door to the pool from my room.

Need to fix door that was closer to my room for the parking. Key pad did not work had to enter from a door that was much farther from the room I was staying.

Staff was very friendly from the time we arrived until check out. Ms. Pie was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and we slept comfortably. It felt safe and is in a quiet location.

We weren’t able to use the AARP discount.

Older facility and it showed a little with the elevators and such but I really liked the modern styling in the renovation. The extended King room with the couch was very comfy. Nice styled room with desk, fridge, microwave and lots of USB ports and outlets all over the room. Nice touch with the large adjustable flat screen TV on the wall that you can turn it at any angle. Really great staff too! 😊

The only thing I didn't like was that the coffee in the room wasn't stocked. All they had was decaf ☹️

The furnishings were contemporary and cozy

The room was small but it worked since it was only me in there. There was no air conditioning in the hallway. That was not nice.

The location was central to every attraction my wife and I were trying to go to. Very close to Galleria Mall, Benihana's, Kroger, etc.

Had a small issue but talked to the manager Austin and he made everything right. Definitely will be back.

We loved the location and proximity to alot of the places we visited. It was clean, and overall, a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing.

It was a little too warm at night.
