All the staff was friendly

The shower took a long time to get warm the water was not draining from the bath tub the water came all the way to my ankle plus the Ac was loud

Location

They had a false alert that a fire had been detected and we were asked to go to the nearest stairwell after we left the room and waited nothing happen after that so I call the front desk and I was told it was a false alarm (really) and they came on the speaker and told everyone it was a test after calls came in to the front desk about that,this hotel was not cheap I did expect better I feel the guest should receive something from that inconvenience

The location is good. You have a lot of different businesses in the surrounding area. You don’t have homeless people hanging around the property. We stayed 2 days and the room was nice and neat. Room service came the next morning to change the sheets on the beds, clean the room, and bring us new towels. Also the restaurant that’s connected to the hotel has very good food. The breakfast buffet is the best.

Rooms service could’ve knocked a little louder cause we almost didn’t hear her. I thought breakfast was free but it wasn’t.

I like that it was close to home and of course close to a lot of places. Finding parking at the hotel was good also and the security was good.The reception was also nice and the hotel was clean and well kept up

It wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Great location for my stay, due to being close to Beltway 8, all my customers were within 20-30 mins driving time.

The Hotel seems a little tired and is busy at the weekend with events but no issues with noise/quality or availbility of space.

Location and security

Being wrongfully accused of being loud when we weren’t even in the building. Returned form a long day and was told the next door people called 3 times. We weren’t asked if it was us, we were accused.

There was no breakfast offered. I came for a meeting held in the hotel so the location was perfect and there are plenty of restaurants near by.

I was disappointed there was no complementary coffee offered except in the room. I’m not comfortable using in room coffee machines. People can do disgusting things to them. And it’s not sanitary. Also there was only one chair for us to sit and eat.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice. The hotel smelled so good! The food was amazing. I ate the coconut shrimp and my daughter at the sliced barbecue 🤤 so good. The bed and room were beautiful and comfy

the room was very nice size and bed was comfortable.

the room was very cold and the heater took awhile to get room warm. Then it got cold again, didn't seem to retain much heat therefore heater was running off and on thru out the night. it would have been nice to have a free breakfast instead of wanting $17 dollars more per person for breakfast.

I like the property and it smelled nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean to my liking. I checked the mattress and it was very clean. I will be staying at the Hilton again.

The only thing that was a little inconvenient was parking at night. It was very full to where I had to park far.
