Hotel had a lovely Grand reception, and it was always well airconditioned, the breakfast was nice and we had lunch once on premises which was good too. The room was a really good size, plenty of space and storage really good value for money The location is great and the area felt safe too - close to city centre and galleria

the ajoining room had a young family with kids that cried all night, the walls were thin enough for us to hear this everynight we were there. room service wasa little slow to turn rooms around somedays

Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Glenda and the manager but all staff was courteous, professional, and kind. The food was delicious!

Rooms were older. No microwave in the main rooms unless you get a suite. Housekeeping didn't like to put trash liners in the cans nor supply soap for our rooms until we kept requesting. Other than that, they were ok.

The lounge staff was exceptional in both professionalism and warmth & friendliness. Cristina was very professional and welcoming, as were her co-workers (the employee of the month), the Tuesday night bartender, and their manager. All were engaging, warm, and very efficient. It's been a while since I enjoyed my evening as much, thanks to their great service.

Breakfast was amazing! The wait staff was outstanding!! They were better than family! Tell Jose we said hello! We felt completely at home here! The room was a perfect size for us, and very clean and comfortable!

Our stay was too short! LOL We were there for the Houston Horror Fest. There was so much entertainment all weekend! Wish it could have lasted longer!!

Great location hotel is dated but well kept and did not have that old and dingy feeling. Cleaning service was very nice and helpful and complimentary water is always appreciated

woke up early to use pool but pool was closed for maintenance…which hotel should have done at night while pool was closed…yes that might be more expensive but it was Labor Day weekend with lots of guest they should have gone above and beyond to not let that happen

Rooms were clean. Workers were courteous.

There was no microwave in the rooms. The parking lot is not well maintained, pot holes here and there. The hotel surroundings are not well kept. Toilet in one of the rooms was not flushing well. There was no good wifi. There was no free breakfast.

Literally everything...We stayed here for Days of the Dead horror comic con. Everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly. I loved the on site restaurant, the food was delicious. Pool, hot tub, gym, everything was so nice and clean. No weird hotel smell!!

There is nothing we did not like about our stay. Wish we couldve stayed longer!

This was my 2nd stay. Location, free parking, and very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. I’d stay here again when I come back to Houston.

My only complaint was the a.c in the room wasn’t very cool. The a.c was blasting in the lobby, but a bit stuffy in the room. Was bearable though. Seems to be a problem all over Texas, even in homes.

One of the staff in the reception had a very bad attitude. All other employees were great and sweet

The breakfast was decent but it would be nice to include more vegan/ non diary and plant based options. My room was clean and had no smell which was great. The hotel is in a quiet part of town.
