For the price of the hotel stay, this one exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean! It smelled of laundry soap which implies that it was fresh. The bed was firm and comfortable. The aircon was working well and was cold especially with the warm temp outside. The bathroom was so clean and they provided 4 towels even if there were only 3 of us in the room. The hotel was pet friendly with a charged amount of $25 which I felt was reasonable. The breakfast was good. It had the regulars- waffles, bread, muffins, yogurt, eggs and sausages. There was ample parking.

The walls were thin. I could hear the baby crying and people talking next door but it was not a big deal. That was how the hotel was constructed.

Breakfast - self service, light breakfast, my family get breakfast and we can take it to the room with no problem. i paid the room with breakfast included, Staff - they are so nice and i asked if i can get a lower room because we got baby, he gave me a nice room, good ac, the bathroom is clean, the sink was good and clean, i can access the free wifi, and most of all that i really like they have a room with has ice maker ( all guest can get a free ice), atm machine (when you run out of cash), the washer and dryer also in the room (just put the coins and ready), in another room closer to the front desk they have a small mini store where you can buy snacks, over the counter meds, soda drinks and water bottle and etc... Location - it was perfect location for me, closer to the place where i had an appointment. it also closer to the Massage or Spa (when you get tired and want a relaxation, no need to drive it just walking distance to the hotel) and closer to the gas station it just next to the location.. it was easy access for everything needed..

the only thing that i dont like is the room carpet, when we walked on the floor we feel the dust, needed more vacuum cleaner to take out the dust, and the bath tub a little bit slippery but its clean though..

Reasonable price, comfortable and clean. However, I was charged twice, once by Booking.com and then by the hotel because I made reservations after midnight and they couldn't see the Booking.com payment until later that morning. However. the manager had the refund receipt waiting for me when I checked out. Apologized. explained why the front desk clerk couldn't see the Booking.com reservations because it was after midnight.

Pretty far away from Bush IAH Airport. I asked how far away the hotel was from the airport, and the front desk guy said 13 miles. In actuality it was 36 miles away. My cab cost $125.00 as much as the hotel room.

Location and proximity to attend Lakewood church on a Sunday. Quality of facilities, but needs improvement on guest service and food quality on breakfast to make it an exceptional stay, as it is in position to.

There was a waiting line of guest to check in at 4pm and front desk attendant was no where in sight for about 7 minutes.

It was clean and had complimentary breakfast. Close to Chinatown. Decent price.

Housekeeping didn’t make the bed or change the bed sheets. Front desk said they would do that every third day? Never heard of that before. I even asked if I could request to have the sheets changed and bed made but got same answer. The mini fridge wasn’t that cold. And the AC was kind of iffy.

Super clean! Conveniently located near a Walmart, gas station, and plenty of other activities.

No issues with the property. Only complaint was there was one elevator and only 1-3 people could take it at a time.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, that was the most important thing for me and the service at the reception was also very good.

It should include a machine for different types of coffee, for example, espresso. There was no breakfast

We stay here often when we visit family and our grandchildren. The staff already know us and are the nicest ever. During the summer we take full advantage of the pool which is very well maintained.

Had a non smoking room but It smelled a lot like weed. It was very strong from the moment we entered elevator and even in the hall way of 4th floor and the room. I normally don’t mind the smell but it was overpowering.
