Had been there before due to easy access to China Town. It is also close to Sam Houston highway and west parkway. This makes it an ideal place to explore around. It is a Nice place to stay with complimentary breakfast now. Front desk is warm and helpful. There is also Chinese food kitchen!

The customer service was excellent.the room was.nice with a microwave and refrigerator. The water was hot and cold and I could co trip the temperature in the room. The hotel is very close to Chinatown in Houston. I walked where I needed to go.

The television did not have any live channels, only paid movies.

Had to switch room a couple times to find one with a properly working AC We booked room for three adults but was later told to only get two tickets for breakfast!?

Should provide breakfast to the number of adults the room reserved for And make hure all room AC are blowing cool air gor guest comfort

The property is smacked right in the middle of China town so plenary of yummy food options! it’s a well kept property, we stayed two nights for a wedding - having an ironing board etc came in handy for the function.

Bfast is extra ( but lots of yummy places around so we chose that) But they put our morning coffees out, wish we were informed that, we would have to have a cup early in the morning. Then the young asian lady who looked like the manager could have been courteous and pleasant. Did the job but nothing more than that. everyone else were too nice and pleasant

The beds were super comfy, the breakfast was great, and it was easy to find.

The staff at the reception could be a bit more welcoming and pay attention to the customers and not talking with each other or acting as of they don't want to be there.

The staff knew there were three individuals in one room but only allowed breakfast for two.

The website never showed are I missed it about a$50 deposit and now I am having trouble getting it back from the hotel my bank says one thing and the hotel says something and booking.com says another. Also I didn’t see that I had to add breakfast to my reservation in order to get breakfast. While it is a beautiful hotel I would have to think about staying there again, I would recommend it but I would explain my situation.

The bar was closed permanently. The pool was closed for repairs. There is a pet fee of $75 that is not stated anywhere in booking information.

I like the property because it is close to the hotel and China town. I like the management and the people working there.

Well, they did not have their alcohol license just yet but it is in the process.
