Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and a mall. Having a starbucks on site was also great. The room was comfortable and aircon worked well. Breakfast was standard fare and was fine.

Room service was served in takeaway boxes/wooden cutlery rather than a plate and cutlery. For the price paid and type of food, it was disappointing and inappropriate. I could have paid half the price with an uber eats. Cutting meat with a wooden knife was a struggle and it just felt wrong. It was a shame as the food was good.

Location was lovely in Sugar Land and free car parking attached / next door Staff at breakfast were professional, polite and lovely.

They were doing building work We had no room safe, so 2 polite maintenance men brought one to the room but it was locked so could not use it unfortunately. Asked reception if could find out number to unlock it, was given a 3 digit code but it needs 4 numbers ??? Required a wake up call on last night as was a change due to clocks changing an hour but call did not happen?

Location and comfort. There was free public parking right next to the hotel. It has a very nice lobby where you can sit and chat. The breakfast was very very nice also with an omelet station and lots of other choices.

Little noisy at night because it was down town but if you get a room on higher floors then I don’t think that would be a problem. We were on the 5th floor so it was not that bad.

There was nothing I didn’t like really I’m not sure if there was only one ice machine which was on the 7th floor but wasn’t really a problem for me

Location is great. Staff great. For example, when I needed more coffee, front desk had it, instead of having to send someone up to the room with it. Also bar/lounge was nice, relaxing, music not too loud. Central patio area off lobby was great. Staff was great. I will tell you that I'm usually a complainer, I write complaints vs. compliments on about a five to one ratio. This was my kind of place. Great work.

I wish I stayed here more often or more hotels were like this.

My family and I really enjoy our stay. It is a great location and walking distance from stores, restaurants, and local activities.

There was a lot of noise in the hallway in the middle of the night. You can hear people just hanging out and laughing out in the halls for a while.

Loved the location, loved my room, loved the service from staff. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say that I disliked anything during my stay.

Nice facility. Staff was helpful and polite. Hotel has great location with many shops & restaurants close by.

Didn't realize the room had 2 double beds. My fault, I guess I didn't read that part correctly. Most hotels have 2 queen beds. Had 3 people total and a double bed was a bit small for 2 to share. Next time if I have 3 I would look for queen beds.

The location was great and the hotel was nice and clean.

The walls are super thin so we got a noise complaint when we weren’t even loud. Plus we heard every little noise.
