Enjoyed the hot breakfast every day. My grandchildren loved the indoor outdoor pool. There was a quiet sitting area down the hall from my room and I would sit there and have coffee every morning to let my granddaughters sleep late. We were there for concert at the Smart Financial Center which was right down the road. Really convenient. Pappasito's across the driveway was really good. We were few minutes from First Colony Mall and the Cheesecake Factory. What we needed was conveniently located. The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean and they supplied body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area and we will recommend this place to others.

Did not like the firm mattress. It seemed to be new and was not worn and soft like I like. I sleep on a TempurPedic mattress at home so I am not comfortable on any other mattress than at home. All of the staff was really nice and helpful. Even the guests at the hotel were nice and friendly.

Loved my recent two-night escape! The hotel was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The room was spotless and cozy, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were friendly but not very much help in providing local tips. Breakfast was ok with enough options. And the location? Couldn't have been better! A short walk to a few restaurants. I'd be interested in staying there again.

Wish they would have changed up the breakfast options a bit instead of having the same thing both days. Also, the shower was extremely cold for the first 5-7 minutes, but eventually heated up. For a moment there, I thought I'd have to endure a long cold shower. there was also no small bags for the small trash cans in the room. They have a policy of not providing those which was strange considering most of the hotels I've stayed at all have them.

Clean room- room service everyday upon request. Good location and nice and friendly staff.

We were without hot water for three days, which meant having to shower with cold water—an especially difficult experience with two small children. On our last day, the hotel was finally able to resolve the issue by replacing the old boiler. Breakfast can get quite crowded, and the availability of food seems to depend on the staff on duty. On some days, items like bagels and bread were not refilled and ran out quickly.

We didn’t get much sleep so slept in for breakfast

The room we were in was very hot the hallways extremely hot if you are like me always hot then that may bother you the first room we were put in was hot and ac leaking but they moved us to a different room on same floor and that room was perfect only bad thing was the bed very very wobbly my children just barely moved and you could feel it bed was comfortable but moves to easily

Modern lobby, friendly staff. A large, clean, beautiful room with an interesting renovation (I liked the brick wall). It is very convenient in the bathroom: doors, a double room, a sink separate from the bathroom, paper hanging conveniently, good detergents in cans: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap. There are coffee making facilities in the room. Very nice pool, large, comfortable, clean, from 9 to 22. Breakfast is good: sponge cake, cutlets (it's a pity that it's not turkey), delicious porridge, toast, cottage cheese, delicious orange juice and lingonberry juice. The best hotel on our trip among hotels under $100. Other reviews say about dinner, there is no dinner.

no cream for breakfast coffee, no coffee in the lobby

The breakfast was good but it didn't change much except that on the last day the eggs had bacon in it. Whether that was due to the person making breakfast i don't know but it didn't change until the person changed. Still was better than no breakfast. Selection slightly less than places with hot breakfast but at least it was available and they kept it stocked until they ended service. For an older property, they have really maintained it well.

Never replaced the oatmeal once gone and it was always gone.

It was much better than I expected. (Keep in mind the type of trip it was i almost went for a motel 6) Also they offer complimentary cocktail hour and dinner. The place is very clean and you can tell the staff cares. It was a great price and there weren't any weird smells or anything like that. It was a very inviting place Also when I walked into the room it was clean and the bed definitely looked clean

It's older. So of course that's noticeable. I wouldn't call it outdated but if you're looking for something upscale, this probably isn't it. But if you're looking for a place to stay while taking care of other things in the area and want to take advantage of a relaxing evening then I'd say come here.

I loved the location of the area. It is nearby many food places and retail stores which is very convenient. The room was also very cozy and quaint. The breakfast was also pretty good and the water pressure of the shower was good as well. Though it’s cheaper in price, it is not a ragged hotel in an unsafe area. With inflation this high, I was appreciative to book hotel that was cheaper, but didn’t have me sacrificing the quality ☺️

There was nothing in particular I didn’t like.

I was very pleased with the breakfast selections and happy to see cranberry juice. I like the eggs were fresh and hot. The coffee was just right, not too strong. I appreciated that the caretaker extended the breakfast time by 30 minutes to accommodate late arrivals.I appreciated Vanessa at check-in, she was kind, courteous, helpful, positive and had outstanding customer service skills. When I asked questions, she immediately answered and explained in understandable detail. The checkout was pleasant and fast. I enjoyed my stay.

The oatmeal was too watery.

Breakfast had good protein, although after the third day of the same menu, it got old! Excellent location for my purposes. Front desk person was superior. My room card stopped working, she fixed it and escorted me back to my room to be sure it worked....Good job! Don't remember her name but she was from Queens, New York. Very personable!

There were no USB charging ports in the room I had. Room was kind of dark.
