I liked that my room was ready when I arrived to check in. I liked that the staff was courteous and that parking was free. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. My girls enjoyed the pool and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel lost power for about 45 mins after check in. I would have thought that a generator would kick in, but it didn’t. The staff was courteous when I inquired about what was going on. Power was restored after about 45 mins. I was surprised to find no microwave in the room. Guess I over looked that in the amenities.

We were going to MD Anderson in Sugarland so the location was perfect, just around the corner. So many great resturants and shopping so close by. The staff was great and made sure we got a joining room as requested & helped us adjust our stay easily as plans had changed. The room was VERY spacious.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and I just never understand why hotels only put 3 pillows on beds, should be a standard of 2 per person that can fit in the bed but thats an every hotel issue. The breakfast while free, was just subpar. Wished for more options or better options.

Front desk staff was exceptional great, breakfast was good, bed was comfy and room was clean. I loved the walkway bridge.

The housekeeping on the 8th floor was so rude to me. I called for towels about 2hrs ago and haven't received them, so I saw her on the hall and asked for some she threw her hands in the air and let out a loud breath and started fussing about how they have towel ladies and proceeds to sling me ONE towel

The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds, sheets, and towels are comfortable and very clean. Based on my stay and observations, I could tell that the staff takes pride in getting the rooms ready for the next guest. The breakfast area exceeded my expectations. The staff in the breakfast area are very professional and friendly.

I booked for a King bed room, I received Double beds. At the property, I identified myself and said I had reservations, I was asked for my DL and nothing else. I was under the impression that Booking.com gave the Hotel all my request, the associate handed me two card keys and when I got to the room, I did not have a king bed. I was alone and needed only one bed in the room. I made these reservations with plenty of time and was not accommodated what I requested. The associate did not bother to tell me that the room I requested was not going to be available. I was too tired to go back down stairs and request the King room I had originally asked for months ago, I just needed to get in the room and start my studies as I had a very import exam the next morning.

Location and surroundings were fantastic. Great walking/running path by water with beautiful trees and views. The room was large and comfortable but the furniture needs updating. The bed was a single mattress and was OK but not the best. Everything else about the hotel was favorable.

Furniture outdated, no microwave, and the step-in tub shower was difficult for ADA guests.

We booked this hotel because it was really close to a festival we attended. I must say I’m certainly glad we did! The hotel was clean, spacious, conveniently located, and right off the water. At night it was nice to walk along the lake and see the ducks. They also had ample amount of parking. The room was clean and spacious.I personally like my bed a little bit firmer, but it was still very comfortable overall. In the mornings they had a breakfast bar that was stocked(eggs, bacon, sausage,hash browns, cereal, toast,etc.) and included with our stay. Only con is they only had turkey sausage the first morning we were there, after that it was only pork options. The staff was very warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone I know coming to town and would book again myself!

Very upscale place to stay

The door card reader was still broken from our last visit. This door leads to the beautiful outdoor sitting area overlooking one of the Lakes! Unless someone was coming out at the same time you were going in- you had to walk around to the front of the hotel to get back in Like I said it was broken a month ago and manager knew about it- but it has not been replaced

Excellent location! Beautiful patio and seating area facing the lake. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was not the most comfortable as was sinking when sleeping. The the washrooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast every morning was great.

The front desk staff was extremely sweet and courteous. However the house keeping staff is a different story. Very rude! We stayed for 7 nights and they barely came 2-3 times to make our beds in-spite of us reminding them. They showed up to our room one morning at 8:45AM for house keeping. When we told them it was too early they told us “it was now, or they cannot return” in a very rude tone. In all my extensive experiences with hotels, I have never been forced to leave my room at 8:45AM to receive house-keeping. The house-keeping staff needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. Get rid of that attitude!

Impressively stylish and quiet within the hotel -- arranged for ease of movement with ample space honor other's privacy and to be treated similarly. Very comfortable room. Excellent location for accessing Houston. Pleasant, service minded staff in all roles / positions. Good price for such a distinct and well located hotel.

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Staff was courteous. Price was excellent.

Breakfast was minimal as compared to our last stay. Food items were out and not restocked like cereal and English muffins. The room across the hall had a dog that would not stop barking. Pets should not be allowed and if so, people with pets should all be placed in one general area. We got no sleep the first night there.
