Excellent location... needed that lake and nature! Loved the outside patio on the lake.. great touch! Such pleasant and helpful front and janitorial staff! Easy online checking in and out waa very convenient too! Loved how the location was also tucked away and easy to get to plus having food options within walking distance was a huge bonus! I didn't even have to get back into my car until I was ready to leave! Loved the continental breakfast option as well!

The only thing was that i wasn't a fan of the powdered eggs and limited sausage options. One morning we did have turkey sausages but maybe have an alternative to the pork as an option every morning? And definitely real scrambled eggs next time although I did love that you had hard boiled!

I liked that my room was ready when I arrived to check in. I liked that the staff was courteous and that parking was free. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. My girls enjoyed the pool and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel lost power for about 45 mins after check in. I would have thought that a generator would kick in, but it didn’t. The staff was courteous when I inquired about what was going on. Power was restored after about 45 mins. I was surprised to find no microwave in the room. Guess I over looked that in the amenities.

We were going to MD Anderson in Sugarland so the location was perfect, just around the corner. So many great resturants and shopping so close by. The staff was great and made sure we got a joining room as requested & helped us adjust our stay easily as plans had changed. The room was VERY spacious.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and I just never understand why hotels only put 3 pillows on beds, should be a standard of 2 per person that can fit in the bed but thats an every hotel issue. The breakfast while free, was just subpar. Wished for more options or better options.

Very Close to all the restaurants and in the middle of of the city

Every thing was fine we only went to pool only 1 day and find 💩and my kids immediately came out but I think they cleaned pretty quickly as we saw families after sometime so Also room was big and that’s why we choose that room but the Vents for Ac were far from our bed so it was bit hot close to beds and there is not microwave in the room but they do offer it in the lobby I think

Front desk staff was exceptional great, breakfast was good, bed was comfy and room was clean. I loved the walkway bridge.

The housekeeping on the 8th floor was so rude to me. I called for towels about 2hrs ago and haven't received them, so I saw her on the hall and asked for some she threw her hands in the air and let out a loud breath and started fussing about how they have towel ladies and proceeds to sling me ONE towel

Continental breakfast was great they had a large selection of food not to mention they had turkey sausage instead of pork , large beds was extremely comfortable and the shower was definitely large and luxurious 😁 Almost forgot but yes the full length mirror was also a plus 👍🏾

The floor of the shower appeared dirty there was long hair from another guest but I made the best of it it was only a one night stay but better cleaning the next time 🤗

The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds, sheets, and towels are comfortable and very clean. Based on my stay and observations, I could tell that the staff takes pride in getting the rooms ready for the next guest. The breakfast area exceeded my expectations. The staff in the breakfast area are very professional and friendly.

I booked for a King bed room, I received Double beds. At the property, I identified myself and said I had reservations, I was asked for my DL and nothing else. I was under the impression that Booking.com gave the Hotel all my request, the associate handed me two card keys and when I got to the room, I did not have a king bed. I was alone and needed only one bed in the room. I made these reservations with plenty of time and was not accommodated what I requested. The associate did not bother to tell me that the room I requested was not going to be available. I was too tired to go back down stairs and request the King room I had originally asked for months ago, I just needed to get in the room and start my studies as I had a very import exam the next morning.

Only thing I paid extra for was the drinks at the bar which were very good staff was awesome I had my little one with me and they could see that mommy was safe at the hotel and saw I could use a stiff drink lol so they were awesome and offered my little one a apple juice and a snack on the house they put on cartoons for her everybody was awesome would highly recommend

Breakfast w juices,coffee,teas amazing hot food 8-10 options. loved the layout easy access plates clean plenty of silverware plenty of room to sitdown and enjoy your food very satisfied

check out time 12:30 only a wish and the backdoor to the courtyard and water no way to enter back in to the hotel the card scanner does not work to open the door.

Location and surroundings were fantastic. Great walking/running path by water with beautiful trees and views. The room was large and comfortable but the furniture needs updating. The bed was a single mattress and was OK but not the best. Everything else about the hotel was favorable.

Furniture outdated, no microwave, and the step-in tub shower was difficult for ADA guests.
