The location of the hotel placed me approximately in the middle of the.3 main places I travel, it was clean, quiet and I could keep an eye on my vehicle. Great location for restaurants and grocery store.

Ice was unavailable on my floor, breakfast potatoes were undercooked and the coffee wasn't very hot.

Yours is a really nice property which is in direct proximity to my family there in Mo City!

I'd like for the Desk Staff to be a little more attentive and customer centered. The front desk was unattended a preponderance of the time during my visit. I literally walked behind the desk into an office area and yelled, "HELLO" upon my arrival. Additionally, I had to wait in the lobby until someone appeared behind the desk a few times.

Staff friendly and accomodating

They seem super stingy with towels. Upon check en for 2 night stay, had only 2 wash clothes and ONE medium towel. No adult bath towel. And I wanted to use that one towel to put on the floor to avoid slipping. Which would have left nothing. Extremely chintzy.

The front desk crew Alex and Roxy were great. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected.

The hot water handle in the shower was confusing. Usually, hot water is to the far left. This is the first one I've ever seen or hot water was in the middle. I think The plumber was confused when he did the installation of the shower cartridge.

The location and the quality of the place. Breakfast was great and so was the coffee.

They have some sort of weird charge each night for incidentals. When I called before hand to ask, I was lied to by a staff member. I had a long stay so that was problematic.

In town for family reunion weekend, several of us booked rooms here. We were able to enjoy a nice breakfast together here before heading to local fam events.

The hotel was nice & clean. No issues checking in or out. Room was clean and comfortable. The hallways smelled very nice, which I don’t find often.

Really nothing. The breakfast was not as hot as I like but the staff promptly heated my plate when asked with no problem.

The rooms are excellent value for money and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent and there is a good variety of options available for breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is always great! I was not disappointed during this stay. I will recommend this location to other family and friends.
