Very comfortable and very clean. Loved our room and semi firm mattress. We were traveling after a long stressful day and your employee who checked us in was fantastic. She was so welcoming and friendly. A beautiful huge smile and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping others. This means so much when we are so tired and stressed. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves recognition. Hopefully management will connect this comment to who was working that evening.

The room was spacious, clean, and the multiple tv's. Appreciated the bathroom being handicap accessible. We were new to the area and the staff was very helpful suggesting places to eat according to what we wanted.
Would have liked the height of the commode to be a little higher. Couldn't get bath towels for the next day. Personally, I think all hotels should offer guests the option of getting their linens changed daily or fresh towels. I would choose the fresh towels every time. :)

Amazing front deck staffing and cleaning crew. Room was nice and clean.
The breakfast was not good. We've been to less expensive hotels with a better breakfast. Most of the juice machine was out of order and the same food choices were offered the same each day. Limited variety. Coffee was also relatively cold

I specifically loved the location of the hotel. Everything I needed was within 10-15 minutes of the hotel which is great considering traffic.
my opinion I think all of the bathrooms should have a shower AND tub unless it’s a specified handicapped accommodated room

Food was okay . Juice and coffee was good
No bath tub . Soda such as Pepsi or water expensive .Went to Walmart for refreshments .

Staff, especially Jennifer was amazing! Room was clean comfortable and I’m definitely going to stay again ne t time I’m in town!!
My room not cleaned daily, didn’t know I had to request it and therefore only received that service my last night

The breakfast is poor, no waffle's or pancakes like in the photos. Not worth the extra money There is lots of options around

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The coffee and breakfast are great. The hotel seemed cleaner than last stay about 5 months ago.
The mattress is a little too soft for me.

Breakfast was just OK. But I appreciated that the food was fresh and not old leftovers (like I have seen in other like hotels). I would have liked fresh cream not creamers. I would have liked one more fruit choice for breakfast. I enjoyed the drinks fridge, very convenient.
We ran out of toothpaste and the desk area was all out. They didn't re-stock the next day either. It was a holiday, I would suggest they overstock for those basic items on a holiday when less staff and stores generally closed.

My room smelled like mold. I had a slight reaction to it. They refused to move my room.
