The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Every time I left the building, my key card was deactivated. Each member of the team quickly fixed the problem. One gentleman even had a new key card ready when I walked back through the door after dinner one evening. He smiled and said, "Just in case."

I did not like that my key card had to be reactivated every time I returned from a day or evening out. This was annoying, but not enough to deter me from staying again.

Some areas of rooms are looking worn, particularly desk chairs. I booked for roll-in shower but king suite they put us in only had tub so we had to ask to move - then just in queen room rather than suite

My advice is go to Hotel direct website for booking, as this booking.com cheats. The Hotel staff did not agreed on what booking.com gave me the final invoice... And the Hotel staff was very rude. Now I will never reserve any hotel with 3rd party website.

Breakfast was absolutely awesome. The location was great to get me back and forth for cancer treatments in Houston. With the rodeo in town I didn't feel like paying $200 per night for a simple room. Joe at the front desk was fantastic!!

Cozy beds accommodating staff nice clean facility. Lights need to be updated. Lamps were super old. No USB A or C connections. But the overall visit was good.

I was pleased with the location of the hotel. I was also pleased that a continental breakfast was offered.

Breakfast would have been much better had there been a few more selections. Also, the waffle dispenser was malfunctioning. Waffle dough would not come out.

The breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good!

The room had a strange smell like maybe the carpets needed to be cleaned or something.

Front desk staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Quick check in. Rooms were comfortable. Quiet for good rest.
