The location was in close proximity to the facility we were visiting. Chris at the front desk was very courteous and helpful which made the visit that much better! the bed was super comfortable!

The elevator areas had a musty smell on different floors which was most likely from the ice machines and possibly wet carpet. the room we were given (208) had a musty odor as well, kind of like the room isn't used as often but was clean in appearance.

The staff was absolutely amazing! My mother in law got sick and required an ambulance, Bernie was working the front desk and helped us get in contact with 911 and ensured we got all the help possible. She checked on us during the process. She is such a valuable asset to this hotel. The lady who worked the front desk during the day was also helpful with getting us situated when we first arrived. We will definitely stay here in the future

I love the room, Staff were so very kind and went over & beyond to make our stay pleasant, Breakfast was awesome, the whole surrounding was amazing, It was so very clean and so comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Overall the everything was excellent. Only thing when checking out the morning Clerk was not very friendly, I ask for a receipt she paused, could have interact a little better with customers. Kindness goes a long way.

Just minor discomfort re: having 3 towels in the room when there's 5 occupant as was disclosed during reservation. Receptionist said they really put 3 towels in every room and that if you need more, you'll have to use the 3 towels first and go have them replaced by the receptionist in the front desk. An inconvenience but what can I say if that's there policy..

We stayed here to be far away from the hustle and bustle. Went to NRG stadium about 20 min drive. The breakfast was so good! I loved the staff they were welcoming, helpful, and kind. We were within walking distance to restaurants. Definitely recommend!

We stayed on the 3rd floor so there were people stomping around all night above us. Other than that a great stay!

I like that it was right off the hwy so not only was it easy access to everything, but there was many many options close enough whether it was shopping or eating.

It did get really loud the first night with doors being slammed and loud verbal fights so it was hard to sleep but that was due to loud guests as opposed to actual staff and hotel.

The hotel was very clean and rooms were made up daily. All of the staff were absolutely great and very respectful and helpful. We loved Nora at the front desk; she was professional and very friendly. I have already recommended your hotel and will stay again if I ever get back to the area. No complaints!

The location was terrific, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was awesome. Kids enjoyed their time, and the location allowed us to move around the attraction easily. The breakfast was decent, and the room service was superb.

Bathroom can use a few extra details like a vanity mirror. I know is all needed but hopefully there will be electronics around the room that don't need L E Ds to stay on all night. Maybe wine in the little market for snacks. Just a suggestion
