Great location, it is next to the freeway close to a lot of stores to do shopping. customer service is ok, 10 min to get to downtown, the price is really good.

When we got there our room was not clean, they did not do the room before we checked in, we had to ask for another one. I think that was a miscommunication between the employees, but they gave us a new room with no problems, BTW the elevator was not working.

(Mostly) clean, good breakfast, nice staff, comfortable beds

Both our room transfers had a bug problem, hallways have a weird smell and stains on carpets. Truly saddens me because the last time me and my family stayed here everything was perfect. It seems as though the second floor has an infestation problem.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable Air conditioner worked great. Staff was friendly. Great location. Breakfast was good.

To be fair Houston has just been through a hurricane and it took a while to get power back. The elevator was out of order. Strong odor in hall and a dead roach was laying on the floor in hallway. Overall I would stay here again.

I liked that the location was near attractions

There were loud guests , and a lot of amenities were unavailable. The ceiling was leaking on the 2nd floor where my room was located and the elevator broke , causing me and my fiancé to get stuck on and he had to pry the door open . There was also a bad smell in the lobby area and our tv in our bedroom did not work . Pictures did no justice for this location

Close to the places we traveled to. Clean and comfortable. We didn't double our room prior to leaving and left two very expensive items behind. After calling the hotel staff immediately located the items and allowed for pickup. I have never had anyone go above and beyond like this and truly appreciate.

Its location, and the fact it was super clean.

There were no guardrails in the bath tub. Also, there was no breakfast. No, eggs, meat. There were two biscuits left, and they were stale. There were very few pieces of bread on the counter. The only things available were waffle mix, cereal, juices, no fruit. I was very disappointed by the breakfast.

Make some changes in the breakfast. It was the same breakfast every day. As I am an Indian, I was looking for an Asian dish for breakfast. Thank you

It was ok . Barely found a hotel this week

Could not use pool .. someone was playing music next door all night and I suffer from epilepsy seizures so I didn't get much sleep 😴.. not happy

Everything was Good.. I like how you've been thinking about breakfast first time seeing that at the hotel. I will be back again. Because I have to go to the hospital for Texas. I'm from Louisiana.

It was well-kept, and the staff was great older gentleman at the desk was helpful and got me checked in pretty fast

Breakfast can use some work it was the same thing for my entire stay
