Up to date facility, parking was neat. close to a gas station convenience store

Floor wasn’t swept in my room there was long hair in the restroom and the sink had a few trimmings of what looked like beard. Cigarette buds all over the stairs and parking. Maybe a centralized gazebo designated for smoking would help to keep people off the stairs and balcony’s from smoking.

Clean, lit up, good parking. This may be written in the detail but If not - Loved the kitchenette. We needed the larger refrigerator. But no kitchen necessities which I understand. So if you plan to use the kitchen bring paper towels, paper plates and tea pot or something to heat water because there isn’t a coffee pot. Still loved it!

It was nice, rooms were made up while we were out.

No hangers for clothes, no iron or ironing board. I love my breakfast but it wasn't offered. Although the place does seem new so maybe they haven't gotten around to it.

I loved that the room was clean and smelled clean. The location was convenient and I was surprised I didn’t hear any traffic considering the hotel is so close to the southwest freeway.

I couldn’t get a hold of the office on the phone, kept getting a busy signal.

What do you mean? There was no breakfast?

The staff was good. The rooms were nice and clean, except for not having breakfast and some other things in the room, like a coffeemaker, iron with small ironing board, blow dryer.

Great room! Super clean, well lit parking lot and area feel safe with the security and lighting. Will definitely book here every time I trip to Houston.

The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the address took me to the middle of highway and I had to manually find it on side road. Since it being a newly open place I’m sure it will get resolved.

I liked the room, the location and the staff were very friendly.

If the room had an iron, ironing board, and cloth hangers the room would have been exceptionally.

The setup is clean and tidy and of good quality. Only inconvenience is the traffic noise, would be really great if the rooms are sound proofed!

It was nice and clean lots of room and there was no issues with others on property perfectly good night 😴
