Shen was above and beyond Housekeeper did a very good job keeping my room clean and neat! I would like to recommend this place to anyone who would like to travel for leisure, work or family. Thank you all!

I didn't like was that the shower handle was broken and couldn't shower.I reported and Mrs Shen move me to another room promptly.and at the morning some people knocked at my door laughed and run away. I reported and immediately and Mrs Shen call their attention.

Check-in lady was very trustworthy, friendly and professionally accommodating. I had a terrible experience at a prior failed booking and she put the whole trip back on track. I had an additional booking here after the first three nights and it could have been very confusing without good knowledge of English, so I was happy she understood everything and worked out the details. I ended up being able to donate blood on time and rest up for the other part of visiting Houston. Cool neighborhood at night for night life, nearby tattoo shop (which I didn't get to see this one), close to several bus stops and not that far from a Walmart and Micro Center, Galleria and more.

I found housekeeping friendly, but didn't think they cleaned everything that well. It mostly looks clean anyways and the basics were done fine, so not a huge deal.

Overall the room was spacious and clean. The location was great.

The bed linen and towels were old, stained and torn they need to be replaced with new ones urgently.

At night there were a lot of strange noises and it felt like someone wanted to enter the room, at 4:30 in the morning someone knocked on the door but this only happened on the first night of my stay

Lots of food options around the area and the galleria mall is around the corner. The rooms are well lit with brand new furniture, very well taken care off. The rooms were spotless I couldn’t find any problems. Great amenities with huge TVs.

Staff is super nice and willing to help. The rooms are big and well cleaned.

There is a mandatory deposit of $50 that it is not mentioned when you book the room.

It has been updated since I was last there and they did a fantastic job!

Everything was Great! I honestly can't say anything negative.

This is one of the best hotels in Houston. Ive stayed in several hotels in the west Houston area and I keep coming back to this place because it’s an amazing place to stay!

There are no dislikes about the property.

clean, newly renovated, front desk was very proper

more a wish than a negative. wish they had sold toiletries I. case one forgot theirs. no need to give it out, just for convenience as the closest drugstore late evening is a 10 min drive

location was close to many things with Uber however not walking distance

it was dirty pillows giant yellow stained bag of food in microwave when I checked in dirty all around
