Good location especially if you don't mind walking a bit. There's a couple food spots near by and a corner store so great for a late night snack or when you wake up at 3am extra dehydrated and need to go grab a bottle of water!

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and the selection was quite limited and a bit difficult to navigate or figure out where everything was place. But all things considered it was decent for what it was. :)

The breakfast was good. The lady at the desk during the night was very helpful and patient especially when checking in. The room was clean and spacious.

The checking in process was a little bit challenging due to the last minute changes. I was unable to change the settings on the tv due to not being programmed by the remote.

Convenient location, front desk staff was very helpful, basic good breakfast.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke still. At random times of the day loitering outside from non hotel guest.

There are improvements that can be made in regard to the windows not preventing cold air to enter in winter.

The staff was very, very personable and accommodating. Felt like a 5 star hotel. Absolutely great value.

The suite room could use additional lightling in the sitting area. A bit of a stale odor, some fresh air would solve this.

Maids we're excellent, left extra towels and shampoo after seeing our girls and even set their stuffed animals up when they made the beds! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

One elevator out of service, bottom of pool cut my daughter's feet, eggs tasted like instant.

I enjoyed the rooms were clean and the check in was quick and efficient.

I didn’t like my light in my bathroom went out and the person at the front desk was supposed to come fix it but didn’t.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of options! Love the 24 hour door lock, makes it very safe feeling and comfortable. Staff checking in and out were super friendly.

The breakfast hours for the weekend and weekday were not clear. It was said breakfast was from 7am-10am, I went down on Monday morning at 9:34am and everything was put away and they said breakfast was only until 9:30am. Little upset with the unclear breakfast hours.

I enjoy that place so much so every time I visit Houston that’s my go to hotel!! Located in great area surrounded by everything. Very clean and comfortable I highly recommend!!
