Non-smoking hotel, little balcony (6th floor), hot and good water pressure, clean working microwave and small fridge

Trash buildup in the hallways, one working elevator, disappointed no outdoor pool to use (was informed they did not want to install a taller more secure fence around it, but they didn't drain it or fill it in either)

The balcony view also the working elevators and the spacious rooms.The housekeeping was very good with keeping fresh towels and hygiene in the room. The Roku TV was also a plus for me, being able to mirror play my music or movies right to the TV screen.

The roaches were disrespectful they had no regard to human life or food.

Great staff and really great place as far being close to attractions.

I think they were out of change but it was alkl fine and we got checked in fine :)

I like everything except for a couple of minor things.

I didn't like that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room and I didn't like the lack of clear explanation when checking that if one pays with a credit card, the money is not refunded that day but maybe in the next 2 or 3 you'll receive that refund, depending on who you bank with.

It was very clean, quiet & comfortable.

Lot of people’s were complaining but it was because of some guys. I was staying for a night and I will visit again if I will travel nearby

I have been staying at this hotel for many years. I believe that another hotel chain remodeled this facility. Over the years, the renovations continued. This guest was very impressed with the upgrade of furniture and decor. As I was leaving, the desk asked: 1) how was your stay; 2) were you satisfied with your stay; & 3) what can we do to make your visit better. How can we continue to improve our facility. I love this hotel because it has a balcony in the rooms, extremely reasonable price and the quiet environment. Give this place a go.

I like the staff and accommodation.

I dont like that it takes a month to get back a deposit made through Chime.

The staff was very accommodating. We explained to them the ac wasn't blowing cold and they moved us rooms right away. Very polite. Great price, the lobby was very clean.

The area as far as the type of people staying around there but it seems to be out of their control., the pool was closed, the elevator windows need to b cleaned.
