great, I liked everything. I arrived on April 20. I was very tired from the road and arrived at 2p.m. and they checked me in right away! It's great. The woman who was at the reception then gave me the key and wished me a good rest. In the evening there was a man at the reception who helped me sort out the towels from the pool and gave me ice. They are great! Very friendly! I would like to separately thank these two people who were at the reception on April 20. I hope the management will read my review and thank them from me, they are wonderful! The hotel is close to the place I needed so I think that is good.

On Tuesday I had a free day to relax but the pool was not open that day((( it was very sad because I planned to spend that day there. It was not written anywhere that it was not open on Tuesday so it made me very upset. I would have liked to have been warned about this in advance because I chose a hotel with a pool to spend that day in it

I liked that I was able to make a cash deposit for my incidentals instead of a credit card. One hotel put $2000 dollars on my incidentals even though I had already pre-paid through Booking.com. I really appreciated front staff like Jena who tell you that your car is safe because of police patrol and video and it proves to be true! Jena was helpful in providing all sorts of information for my stay in Houston. She is somewhat of a rare front desk person in my experience. I was grateful to meet such reliable staff at the hotel.

Someone had previously smoked in my room and the hotel used heavily scented perfumes and air fresheners to try and mask the smoke smell. The scented air is an irritant.

The rooms are comfortable and big. I loved the bathroom, hot water was available in good pressure, the towels were sufficient and comfortable. Breakfast is basic.

Improve on the breakfast menu, some housekeeping like making beds, cleaning bathrooms should be done daily as a standard unless requested otherwise by guests. Towels can be changed and vacuuming done every 2 days.

Clean room, bathroom, big room, comfortable bed, space to work, nice gym and pool. There are many sports bars nearby, almost within walking distance. Kind personnel changed the room as the first one smelt smoke.

Noise from other rooms, thin walls that you can hear TV and conversations. Most of the rooms were communicated by a door, not ours but still noise. People on the weekend wanted to hang out late in many rooms. Also, the structure is old and makes noise when walking from the upper floor. Breakfast is basic and poor, just for a coffee and something else. The area is so so, just to sleep is ok.

I liked the service that I booked for in the first place - jacuzzi. And the bed, for sure was large and comfy.

The room was dark, I couldn't sleep because of the noise outside and a noisy fridge. The pillows were too high for my comfort so I had to sleep without them. And on the checkout morning we had a large cockroach visiting us in the room.

Well my son displaced his room key card and upon looking for it I moved our beds out and discovered some inappropriate things behind the bed that did not belong to us. I think housekeeping should be pulling beds out occasionally and cleaning behind them but other than that it was a wonderful stay!!

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and polite. Mrs. Jazzy the front desk manager was so attentive, greeted us as soon as we arrived, and even gave us a tour of the amenities.

The coffee was a little watery.

Very nice place!!! Will be back !!! Very clean, nice lady who works at the front desk did done our registration, she was very sweet . Breakfast was nice too, waffles, eggs , sausage. We came to visit Russian Embassy and to Gallery mall. Not far away from everything.

- Breakfast is very simple and ends early (9 AM). - We called ahead and requested a crib for our 11 month old daughter. As they said they had them, we didn't take ours. The crib was extremely bad, so much so that we had to put the baby to bed and we slept very badly. Guys, a decent crib costs 75 dollars. Please buy one so that future customers don't have to go through this.
