Bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom were very clean. The internet was also pretty good. The microwave and fridge were extremely useful for me and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was mediocre. Cinnamon rolls and potatoes were pretty good but the turkey sausage was extremely dry and the egg omelet wasn't that great. Wish they had a waffle maker.

AC worked well for the first day and a half but on the second day it didn't work as well. I had to turn on the fan to bring my room temp down from 78 to 70. But it's doable.

Very close to a lot of attractions we were visiting! Also it was really clean, offered good breakfast, lots of parking spots.

The hallway smelled like weed here and there, the elevator button was very slow or sometimes not working, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly but checked in no issue!

I liked the food also the bed was very soft

I didn't like the bathroom didn't have a door so we don't get our privacy

it’s a up dated holiday inn express, colorful, well decorated, cheerful colors, smells clean, not the old ones . lay out front desk , the breakfast area cool and also very good alternative for e express breakfast. Rosi , Sierra such a friendly staff at front desk , helpful and very diligent in explaining d things from the neighborhood, places to go etc .

The coffee machine, and the phone in the room didn’t work. The ice maker in the 2nd floor didn’t work.

Close distance to where I needed to convert daily.

The safe did not work, the phone had no dial tone, and the floor smell of marijuana severely.

I paid for my room on booking.com but the room reservations were for Thurs night and i was needing Friday night. I ended up having to pay twice. The lady the night we showed up was pleasant but not helpful in seeing if we could get any credit since we were not a no show it was the wrong night. The following morning the man at the desk took down my name and cell number, but no one called or contacted me to let me know if anything could be done to compensate for my paying two nights when I only stayed one night. No one seems to care about customer service these days. Very disappointed

The location of the property was convenient to were I needed to go. The staff was really nice.

It was very dusty and I sneezed plenty. The housekeeping never showed to clean room. The top cover was pulled up day two. but the covers under were just as I left them. It was disappointing for sure, but I didn’t allow it to ruin my trip. The doors slam very hard. One of my friends got her thumb caught. When asked about bandaids the first aid kit was outdated, and not much was in it. So we went to the store instead.

Modern decor. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were both easy.

The cleaning staff did not clean the public areas well, there were scraps of paper and plastic that stayed on the floor near the elevator for 3 days untouched by staff. The bathroom near the gym had no toilet paper rolls on the rollers, just a roll sitting on the floor. Often the front desk clerk was lounging in the lounge area chairs instead of staying behind the front desk, making it appear that no one was available at the desk. The toilet paper holder in our room was loose from the wall and dangling. The water pressure in the bath sink was very, very weak.

Our room was right by the elevators and not once could we here the elevators or anyone going up and down the hallways. However, we could hear doors every now and then. But the beds we super comfortable.

Only stayed one night so can’t really complain. Other than it should be cheaper since it’s not actually at the Galleria like it says. it’s further away from there so the prices should be a lot less.
