Bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom were very clean. The internet was also pretty good. The microwave and fridge were extremely useful for me and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was mediocre. Cinnamon rolls and potatoes were pretty good but the turkey sausage was extremely dry and the egg omelet wasn't that great. Wish they had a waffle maker.

AC worked well for the first day and a half but on the second day it didn't work as well. I had to turn on the fan to bring my room temp down from 78 to 70. But it's doable.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations! Tamyra at the Front Office was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spotless, thanks to Karla in Housekeeping. We loved the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of options. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city center and enjoying some shopping. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

The property was clean and very well maintained. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! Tamyra, in particular, was amazing at providing an amazing stay. I will return to this hotel because of the staff and because of their kindness and hospitality. I could not have had a better experience with them.

Very close to a lot of attractions we were visiting! Also it was really clean, offered good breakfast, lots of parking spots.

The hallway smelled like weed here and there, the elevator button was very slow or sometimes not working, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly but checked in no issue!

I liked the food also the bed was very soft

I didn't like the bathroom didn't have a door so we don't get our privacy

The coffee machine, and the phone in the room didn’t work. The ice maker in the 2nd floor didn’t work.

it’s a up dated holiday inn express, colorful, well decorated, cheerful colors, smells clean, not the old ones . lay out front desk , the breakfast area cool and also very good alternative for e express breakfast. Rosi , Sierra such a friendly staff at front desk , helpful and very diligent in explaining d things from the neighborhood, places to go etc .

I paid for my room on booking.com but the room reservations were for Thurs night and i was needing Friday night. I ended up having to pay twice. The lady the night we showed up was pleasant but not helpful in seeing if we could get any credit since we were not a no show it was the wrong night. The following morning the man at the desk took down my name and cell number, but no one called or contacted me to let me know if anything could be done to compensate for my paying two nights when I only stayed one night. No one seems to care about customer service these days. Very disappointed

The location of the property was convenient to were I needed to go. The staff was really nice.

It was very dusty and I sneezed plenty. The housekeeping never showed to clean room. The top cover was pulled up day two. but the covers under were just as I left them. It was disappointing for sure, but I didn’t allow it to ruin my trip. The doors slam very hard. One of my friends got her thumb caught. When asked about bandaids the first aid kit was outdated, and not much was in it. So we went to the store instead.
