Staff was friendly you feel good working skills and communication, if I had a question it was very prompt and answered my question compared to other hotels that I stood to five star hotels given $350 a night sometimes I didn't get depreciation and services that I got from La Quinta inn. The only thing that was really disappointed was the pictures that they showed on the website wasn't the same just the floors and I recommend for them to do something with their bed frame that metal is very annoying 0pp

The bed frame is made out of metal and it made loud noises the bed was comfortable there was some pictures online that was a little different but other than that everything was great about the hotel it was clean fully updated with all their appliance in the front desk lady was very friendly she had a smile on her face when I walked in

Room was pretty clean and didn't have a nasty smell, bathroom was clean. Toiletries were complete. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is also near Smart Financial Center. Good location if you’re in town for events/concerts.

The pillows and top sheet felt like they needed to be changed/washed. It triggered my allergies. When you pass by the hallway, some rooms smell of something (Not cigarettes, probably weed?). But inside the room is fine, which matters the most.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast (Ms. Donna makes the best coffee, and her eggs are never runny) She always joyful and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to Ms. Rosa in housekeeping for keeping my room clean and smelling good. I even left something very dear to me in the room and she had it safely put away until I asked about it. Thank you Ms. Rosa! Thanks to Sarah in front desk for being helpful and understanding.

We stayed here last year, it was decent, but we came around again this year and they are remodeling everything. Amazing service, we arrived earlier than expected, and the lady at the front was able to accommodate us with an early check in at 11 AM.

Breakfast was a little boring, but still had waffles, and cereal. Still amazing service

The room was clean and had been recently renovated. The television was great, as well as the coffee maker to make hot water for some late night soup. The location is excellent next to local eateries as well as access to the expressway. Customer service was excellent and breakfast was warm and good.

We were in a room with a door that joins the next room and we didn't know the other guests, but they were a little loud and it carried over to our room. The tub water drained extremely slow so we were left to end our shower in a flooded tub. The new bed set up is made of metal so each time I turned on the bed it was squeaky and that became annoying really quick. Mattress was a little too uncomfortable for me but it was a place to rest so it did it's job.

Room was good but I thought it was a queen beds. They were more like full size. Was convenient to the Smart Financial Center. Gentleman who checked me in was very polite.

NO COFFEE, that morning, in the breakfast area. The machine was off & the nice lady couldn't figure how to turn it on.

The property did not help me with a room I had requested on the first floor because of my limited mobility they just told me pretty much to bad so sad

Nothing everything was good. Except my room 217 hot water didn't get hot it was just warm in the shower. But other that I enjoyed my self

Breakfast can have rotation instead of the same stuff every day. That can be written on a board and exite more customers. Parking was good. Room comfort also was good.
