The location was what we needed.

We arrived at 2:00 PM and check in was 3 so the lady on duty would not let us check in. That was policy so on Then we we returned at 3:15 she was ruffling some papers and never waited on us . Another younger man finally waited on us. Then the next day our key stopped working so we had to go to the office to fix that. The same young man acted annoyed that this had happened.

My request for a downstairs room was honored. Spacious room. The vanity was not inside bathroom.

Bed was old and noisy. I piece of furniture had uphostery staples sticking out. Sofas needed to be cleaned. Electrical outlets are all in need of repair as GFCI is only 1 I could use to charge phone. This is my 4th or 5th stay and still no towels or toilet tissue are brought unless I ask in person. I was jacuzzi water did not work but hole in side panel was a surprise. Floor installation is an issue for this hotel.

The location has easy access and plenty of food places to choose from. Shopping is convenient. Size of room is good and well appointed.

Missing a hand towel, Iron and toilet paper holder. The room overall had a couple of missing tile pieces and a bit of paint overspray on the valence.

Good size room. Good location with eateries close by. Staff is easy to talk to and attentive.

Toilet was broken and not bolted down. Float would not work properly to allow water to refill tank after flushing. Bath tub was stained with rust and soap scum. Bed was work out and noisy. No bath towels were left in the room only hand towels and wash cloths. It was extremely humid in the room.

Size of room. Well furnished. Good lighting. A/C worked well.

Noisy bed. Pile of trash bags 3 feet from door being dropped down from up stairs at 6am. Cars in parking lot with loud music late at night. Loitering people outside rooms at late hours.

Location, room size and staff.

lack of good light in vanity area. Door lock that didn't work properly. A toilet that still has not been bolted down. Second time that I have seen multiple police vehicles in parking lot.

Very clean ,very helpful staff ,a quite place to rest . Fast service 24/7-comfort is like being at home. If you want help with anything the Manager is on top,Thanks OYO

The ice machine ,sometimes working,other time not working.. Parking is a little tight .But people just don't how to park ,need a sign that says Please park between the lines .and respect others.Please Watch for Children. Thank you

The room was very spacious. It was clean and well appointed.

The thin small bath towels and that the cable had such a weak signal if any at all. The room had a few missing items i.e.: bathroom light & fan cover and a piece of tile. Towel rack near sink was bent and screws were partially pulled out of wall. Mattress was a bit wore as you could feel springs.

Staff are great. Have gotten my request every time I ask.

I had to leave exhaust fan in bathroom on entire time was there because kept smelling like cigarette smoke.

Great area and nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable which is important. Definitely recommend.
