I love that the size of the room is bigger than most with a kitchenette. I also love that they exchange our towels and give toilet paper weekly. That makes a big difference.

Our room needed some repairs before we got there that started to manifest as soon as we started using the room. Good news is they were fixed fairly promptly. That's always a plus.

The room was very unsanitary. I don’t know if it was spit caked up on the walls, the mirror was so smeared, the toilet had some all on the side, the freezer had mold in it. I went to the room was maybe there 30 mins to figure out if I was ok to drive back to Dallas. I turned in my key card and told them I can’t sleep here and although I could not get a refund I was better safe leaving then staying.

I love the up to date tv and the internet connection was great the room was clean and comfortable it felt like home I really enjoyed my stay and would like to stay again only thing was the hot water in room 368 didn’t get very warm

Better pest controls, especially trash cans under stairwell. Air conditioners unit need maintenance. Heater would not turn on. Interior wear and tear needs attention

My first encounter with staff! he was great & accommodated my bad knees with a first floor room. My first stay before, I gave a BAD review. This time the room was updated very clean & nice. Staff was Great! The price was Great! AC was really cold! I felt safe & I recommend Studio 6 now.

lighting wasn't bright enough. The fridge was placed too close to the table, had to maneuver to open it. AC was good & cold, but it sounded like an airplane taking off.

The property is great for people who need a place to stay it was quite the rooms can be a little bit more cleaner the stuff was great I had a issue and they resolved asap thank you guys I have nothing bad to say 😍

It was a simple stay. It was nice, clean, most importantly the room was provided with everything anyone would need for a stay in. And it was all for a good price.
