the bed was horrible it was like sitting on two top mattresses. you sat on it and it went to the floor like there was no box spring on it. very disappointed on that part...the foot of the bed was normal but the part where you lay down on sit on the side of the bed was too the floor :(

The room was good the place was well maintained.

We had creaking noice when tenants upstairs was moving. woke us up. I beleive the breakfast needs to spiced up a bit more with two options

Upon arrival the front desk advised that due to remodeling, they did not have a two queen sized room like I had reserved. She informed me that because of the inconvenience they would give us an adjoining room at no extra cost that was a suite. Out family has never experienced service the way that this property provided. I want to personally say thank you for your incredible hospitality and making our stay very enjoyable.

Everything was good and clean great location !

I wish they had bigger trash cans in the rooms or even trash cans in the halls or by elevators. Staying with a family and 4 nights,trash gets full fast and with no housekeeping or someone to pick up the trash made it hard.

Room size was good with the furniture. It was welcoming

The mattress was to hard or firm. Would have slept better with a softer mattress

very clean beautiful landscaping and when you enter the hotel a beautiful fireplace greets you. The fitness center was very private and clean also. it was too cold to use the pool. Our suite was very nice comfy bed and a huge bathroom

quiet location, located right near the freeway for easy access. Friendly staff, good coffee, clean facility
