Awesome hotel the staff was great kudos to Sean the night manager, the property has two security guards and the night manager Sean has connections to HPD so a HPD patrol car rides through periodically. Although the area is safe and right off the hwy. the hotel was clean and I didn’t have any problems. The breakfast was good they had a lot of options. Also check out the Asian store next door called the 99 Ranch.

My only complaint is the bed was extremely to firm and the shower nozzle was extremely to high It was hard trying to not get my hair wet and trying to rinse off with the nozzle being so high it was coming down on my head and not spraying my body. Water pressure to the shower was weak.

Very clean property. Right in the middle of a bunch of restaurants. They have a Tesla charger so it made our trip easier to charge and be on our way.

I did notice that the staff at breakfast only spoke to Caucasian people and not POC. It was weird, but once I found out the Caucasian people tip the staff tended to them more at breakfast.

I loved all the amenities that came with my room. Never been to a hotel which had a stove top, dishwasher, and full refrigerator, that was awesome. I requested a first floor room, and was accommodated with that request. I was texted by Sean and Aaron throughout my stay consistently checking on me and making sure I had everything and that I was enjoying my stay. This was a plus because I've never experienced this level of concierge service when staying at a hotel. I work in customer service and customer service a big deal to me. This experience by far exceeds my expectations. When I return, I definitely will be a repeat customer. I had an issue with my TV and not being able to turn it on, called front desk and they sent maintenance in within 5 mins of my call. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

I wasn't crazy about the pillows or how hard the sofa was, but neither of these elements negatively impacted my stay.

I really enjoyed the size of the room and how it was set up. Wish we were able to enjoy it for longer but just needed to stay for 1 night. Breakfast was amazing very good hot and cold breakfast and dining area was open and large. Facilities all seemed very clean.

Upon check in the employee working the desk around 11pm was very short and did not explain properly or in full the check in process and how the. Charge would be on the room.

We liked everything - the location is just off I-10 but not right on it so the noise of highway is not an issue, was close enough for us to travel to uptown just 10 min drive, the facility is clean and modern. I was greeted by Sean at the reception who was very welcoming and friendly, offered some complimentary snack to my daughter. The room was spacious and clean, very well organized with fully equipped kitchenette and all necessities, overall my family enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!

Staff was super nice. I had to have emergency surgery the next morning and decided last min I might need to stay another night. My oldest daughter was with me, they helped her take care of that. I will most definitely stay here anytime night anytime night in Houston. Which is OFTEN, now.⁰

Sean at the front desk was so nice and helpful at check in. We felt very safe and welcomed. It was just me and 2 grandkids staying and had no worries whatsoever. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Lots of amenities. Very clean. Breakfast was also amazing! Best breakfast at any hotel, without a doubt! Highly recommend.

Easy access to the main highways. Very clean room and bathroom! Spacious and the kitchen exceeded my expectations. Our room came with full size fridge and fully loaded kitchenware with a dishwasher which we never really utilized because we were only there for one night. If ever we come back with the kiddos to visit Houston we will definitely book this property! It was unexpectedly quiet in the hallway which is a plus! And the hotel is very new and beautiful interior decor.

The price! It was extremely affordable for all the amenities that were offered. Our room smelled amazing when we walked in. This is the first hotel room EVER, that I didn't have to use my own air freshener to remove that stale smell that meets you at the door! I was pleasantly surprised by that.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, everything was clean, check in was smooth. The location of our room was perfect.

My friend and I were interested in comfortable living in a certain area of the city. We made a choice and we were not mistaken. We really enjoyed everything, starting with the parking spaces in the detached building, pleasant service, perfect cleanliness, delicious/not abundant breakfast - just what we needed! Oh, and when we entered the room, we immediately noticed the TV with a personalized greeting.
