The property is well kept and modern. The beds are comfortable and in good condition. The breakfast is very sufficient and they have something for everyone. The staff was very courteous at every interaction.

The TV went out while we were watching, which was a bummer. However, they fixed it the next day. There was a weird instance where housekeeping came into our room while we were at breakfast 0930 to change out towels and stuff. The odd part is that we were about to check out in an hour. We were at breakfast, so all our stuff was open in the room, and my mom came back to the room to find them in there. They were supposed to wait until we checked out before going in that morning. So, just be precautious not to leave your wallet or purse in the room. Since we were just downstairs at breakfast, I didn't feel the need to take it with me. Maybe I am paranoid, but people can steal your identity or credit info in a heartbeat.

The room was cleaned and housekeeping did an excellent job in making sure it was thoroughly cleaned.

I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my room, even though I didn't check in for 2 hours of the time I had initially chose. My room should have already been ready prior to check in, but the front desk guy had to check on the room status and although he assigned it, waiting on the room once i got to the room was a little annoying. Luckily, things worked out because i had plans scheduled for the day and they were almost messed up due to getting my room late, but it all worked out.

The staff was professional and was welcomed with open arms. If I had a question it was answered professionally. The room the breakfast, most of all everything was wondering I would book again

Could have had a better choice of breakfast, like fruit, grits, different flavor cream cheese, more muffins, different flavors, ham, pan sausage grape juice.

I only stayed here for one night so can't say much besides that the room was spacious and clean, they had a good breakfast and staff was professional.

When I walked into the room, it looked messy as the beds were not made (added a pic). I called the front desk and the guy who answered assured me that it was cleaned, but if I wasn't comfortable he could give me another room. The sheets and pillows looked and smelled clean and so did the rest of the room, so decided to stay there as I didn't want to grab two sleepy kids and bags to another floor and another room at 10:30 in the night.

In a handy location and a lovely facility.

Have stayed here every spring and most falls on our trips through the area since the hotel opened but we are considering changing to another facility. Why? Because we have only enjoyed the breakfast one time in all those visits. On the other visits, either breakfast started too late for us (which they adjusted for the last two years) or there was a staffing problem. The last two spring visits, the breakfast was not open due to lack of staff not showing up.

The rooms were cold and clean, the staff was excellent even during the technology outage. There was alot of storage area in the room.

You could hear the air conditioner click on and it sounded like water flowing through it. The walls were a little thin so you could hear some things through the walls. Doors slamming, people talking loudly, etc. The beds were a little soft for our liking.

The courtesy of staff and kindness towards guest made me feel comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable and also of proper size. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast should have with more vegetarian options. In hotel guest are from all over the world so the variety should be suit their taste. The lobby air-conditioning system was too cool. It should be moderate temperature.

We booked not knowing the area for a concert at Smart Financial Center. The hotel was a short drive away. The area of the hotel was nice and clean. The hotel appeared to be relatively new. We were in a Dbl Queen room. We found the beds to be comfortable. The built-in nightstand between the beds had a light under the shelf aimed at the floor; convenient if you had to get up during the night. There were a couple of plugs under the shelf and on the built in shelf. There were also lights above the shelf - all built in so no free-standing lamps. There was a microwave and a mini frig, several drawers and shelves for clothing, etc, and a nice desk area. There were plenty of hooks for shirts, purses, as you walked into the room. The bathroom was nice with the pull-out shelves to set items on and the built in shelf above the sink/counter to set items. It had plenty of hooks/knobs to hang towels, or makeup bag. The bathroom had a sliding framed frosted glass door which gave more room in the bathroom and the bedroom. We had a roomy shower stall with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap in containers w/ a pump attached to the wall. No soap bars to deal with or small shampoo bottles. There was also hand soap attached on the wall by the sink which kept the vanity cleared for personal items. There was a nice size desk & lamp if needed for work, and a small table with keurig/coffee/cups, etc. Breakfast was pretty good and it was very busy! We were not there long, so I cannot comment on fitness room, pool or any other amenities.

This hotel stay was good. My hotel room was clean and came with a fridge and microwave. Hot coffee available throughout the day was a plus for me. Location of hotel is conveniently located next to shopping distance. Walking distance to a grocery shop and other shops/restaurants. About 7 minute drive to Sugarland townsquare with other restaurants and things to explore. Overall stay was good and would recommend for short stays/work trips.

I loved everything about my stay! The location was perfect, the view and breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were really nice. The pool was an added plus for my son and his friend to enjoy while my husband and I got to relax on their comfy patio sets.

The beds were kind of hard, but I think that is just a personal preference and it really doesn't affect my rating at all! We actually plan to go back again this weekend!
