The hotel is clean and in a good location. Staff are friendly. We didn't hear any traffic noise from our room or from anyone else. The room was large and clean, bed comfortable.The blackout curtain excellent! Shower was good.breakfast had a few options to choose from. We would stay again we really enjoyed our stay!

The car park could use clear signs for enter and exit but other than that nothing.

The property was well kept. They had live plants and flowers outside the front of the hotel and they were all maintained. The seating was comfortable.

The breakfast area was too small, when there were a lot of people there it was hard to get your food and move around

Toilet has a stain on the inside; looks really unsightly. Please post notes regarding scheduled carpet cleans in each room. Only noticed note on the elevator on the day of my departure. Young man knocked on my door one late afternoon about it and we were not aware; asked him to come back but was later charged $250.00 because clean was not done. Manager did apologize and refunded

The staff were great from the time we arrived until we checked out. Debra, Gilbert, and Marcus were exceptional. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Staff was courteous and professional. The facility was extremely clean. The room was spacious and the amenities made you feel like you are at home. The mattress & sheets were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing!

Great location; felt very safe; clean; pet friendly. Tons or restaurants nearby and a cvs next door.

Had an issue for a few nights with people above us making tons of noise. I would recommend staying in the very top floor to avoid it. It was bad.

The staff is OUTSTANDING-I pulled a huge bonehead and left my laptop behind....Marcus called after housekeeping let him know they found it in room. He made arrangements for it to be shipped to my home, followed by the General Manager calling a the end of the day to confirm and he personally took it to Fed X. Honesty of ALL personnel and going WAY above the "extra mile"!

I liked the space in the room and the breakfast.

The linen and pillows on the bed were so thin and looked so old and not very clean. The lighting in the room is also that horrible white florescent light. Not very relaxing.

The cleanliness and the people.

The only negative thing was the 2 large vock roaches in the room. But you need to remember the hotel is in the Houston area.
