The location is fantastic Not many more places you can stay on the lake and have the harbour right outside your window 2 balconies in the Junior tower sweet did a magical job Local produce at breakfast was stupendous. Eggs so fresh that the yolk was orange. Nice variation of similar products over our 8 day stay. A lot of regional dishes which were fab

Cleanliness could be much better for a 5 star hotel - soap and lotion bottles grimy, worktop surfaces sticky. We had to buy our own cleaning wipes and wipe stuff down

The hotel unfortunately does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property. While the reception staff were kind, they appeared somewhat unprepared and lacked the warm, welcoming approach one would expect. Check-out was inefficient, with a 15–20 minute wait just to settle the bill. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and the bar area was poorly maintained, with visible spiders throughout. Overall, the experience did not justify the price. The hotel feels neglected and lacking in character, as though it has been forgotten.

Nice location , very good selection of food for breakfast, clean hotel , the food in the restaurant ale carte very good but very expensive, polite staff , good warm swimming pool ( quiet small if the hotel is busy ) , big rooms , comfortable beds, nice design bathrooms , great view for the lake

So so hot in the room , ridiculous that you can not put air conditioning for cold , because the system is still set up for winter weather , this is unhealthy, toilet by reception is like sauna , you can feel sick after leaving as is extremely hot ,

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, and the standard is top-notch. The rooms are huge, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the breakfast selection was truly fit for a king. I say this with confidence, as I travel frequently, and the very next day, I stayed at Puro Hotel in Gdańsk, there’s simply no comparison. This hotel is on another level. Highly recommended!

Everything about my stay was great, but what stood out the most was the staff. Their dedication to providing the best and most professional service really made a difference. The only downside was that I had to leave so soon because work was calling, and I had to be in Gdańsk the next day. But one thing is certain: whenever I’m back in Mazury, I’ll definitely return to this hotel for some well-deserved relaxation and rest.

From the reception to the rooms there’s a longer walk. After we took the room cards and went to leave luggages in the room, we realised the room cards were not working… so we had to walk all the way back to the reception and wait again in the queue to have our cards activated. The should make the process easier

Breakfast was extraordinary. Personal was very friendly and helpful with a lot of things. The after dark club is really nice addition. Spa is excellent and only for +18 years to create the relaxing atmosphere. We had room with sea view which was spectacular!

Parking spaces are a problem as there are too little. While the spa is relaxing the pool is rather family oriented with kids playing around. Guess that can't be helped though.

Highly recommended this Hotel to stay , with beautiful views and amazing chill/relaxing time! We stayed in Tower Lux room, highly appreciated and recommended. Good Spa, with unlimited time, and you can use it not once to visit within day! Also we visited bowling, and enjoyed our stay. Very good and perfect breakfast, possibly to find anything what you want, to enjoy yours perfect morning time :) Thanks a lot, hope we will come more here within season, to enjoy more experience.

Actually restaurant New Island I wouldn’t recommend (this is my opinion), but for some other people i suppose it’s good

Best hotel in Mikołajki. We had room with the balcony and with perfect view to lake and town. Hotel room was very spacious with large bathroom. We slept well in the very comfortable and large kingsize bed. Every morning started with great buffet breakfast with wide choice of meal and we reálly appreciated local Polish food very much. Hotel Spa and Wellness are great as well. It's only a few minutes walk from Mikołajki promenade where you can find a lot of restaurants. We enjoyed every minute we spent in this hotel. We left hotel relaxed and with nice memories. We would like to thank all of the hotel staff and personel for being polite and also for their perfect services.

It was well kept. The staff were wonderful especially on reception.

Although the communal areas were kept well. The cleaning details in the bedrooms need attention. The sofa bed had not been hoovered out underneath for months. There was a lot of dust on the fixtures and fittings in the room.

Everything was really good, location, staff, room was really nice- view even more- we was amazed about it! Swimming pool area very nice, sauna- also very very good for relaxing. Breakfast one of the best that we ever ate- fool of everything on your table. Area around hotel very nice, with really good view in every corner
