Very convenient location with interesting building. Our kids loved the complimentary "choco hour" chocolate & cakes on arrival especially the chocolate fountain. The pool is great and we enjoyed watching planes land whilst we swam. However - 2 of our kids sustained quite bad cuts to their feet and leg from damaged tiles in the pool. We made them get out after the 2nd child got cut. We booked executive rooms so had complimentary afternoon tea which was lovely, very nice cakes and savouries. Later in the evening we went to the restaurant, we thought the buffet was too expensive at 139RM each so we ordered pizza for 39RM. They were huge, wish we had shared! and they were tasty so it was a good dinner. My kid had a kids meal which was good value too. We took the free shuttle back to airport which was v convenient. The breakfast was very varied and plenty of choice, typical business type hotel selection. The hotel is a muslim hotel and doesn't serve alcohol, not a problem for us but it is something to bear in mind when choosing. I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room is huge and very clean and tidy close to the international airport very convinient for the travellers, and I was so grateful of the front desk the staff is very friendly, approachable, tolerant. I checked in late and i don't realized they message me in my phone checking up where i was I had a bad day I missed my flight to kuala lumpur from Singapore due to bad weather. I thought I won't be able to make it. But i manage to get here and seen a very smiley staff and very helpful who won't be amazed. So I will recommend movenpick hotel to any travellers who wants a clean tidy and approachable front desk staff. Thumbs uo for you guys👍😍😊

A microwave is quite handy for travellers who are exhausted from their trips to heat up their pies or any foods that they may have with them. Most travellers are not from over here. just a wishful thinking 😉☺️☺️

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We arrived quite late from a flight and required some quiet to get some much needed sleep and we are happy to report that the hotel exceeded our expectations in that regard. We also appreciated the 24/7 room service provided.

it is mentioned on the booking website that the hotel provided a one-way free airport transfer. What it failed to mention is that it is only a shuttle service which leaves every hour and not a private transfer which accommodates the time we needed to leave.

Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Pool and gym good. Free shuttle to the airport good. If you're transiting, there's no point going to KL, just use this hotel.

Wifi was pretty poor. Unusual for Kuala Lumpur. It was really bad actually. Too many flies in the restaurant. They have the blue light thing to kill the flies but it just doesn't work. We paid for some a la carte menu items for dinner and the pizza was really poor. It was obviously a frozen pizza, but the staff told me it wasn't frozen. For the price, it should be a fresh pizza. The other good was pretty good though.

The room was large and very nice, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast spread was also quite good, and there was a lot of variety. Location was convenient as it is located near to the airport, and they offer free shuttle service which requires prior booking.

The hotel could use better maintenance work, as there was a moldy or old smell lingering in the common areas. There are a lot of room for improvements for cleanliness throughout the hotel. Perhaps it would be better maintained during peak hajj-season

Room fixtures - needs maintenance Room hangers - needs replacement Room safe - no battery Room Aircon - needs calling to Maintenance to turn on Room TV language - Needed IT to change to English Cellphone reception - Poor coverage in rooms

Close to airport. Pretty good value Comfy bed. Great breakfast.

Bathroom was rather tired. I had to request info about the 'free shuttle' as none had been sent as a matter of routine. At some times of day they were 2 hours apart so we chose to take a taxi on arrival at KL. On our return to the airport I was made to feel uncomfortable by the shuttle driver asking for tips - we had flown in from Indonesia the night before and were taking another international flight home, so we had no Malaysian currency. It felt rather awkward!

We only stayed a day and they allowed us to access the room earlier. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Gym was divided into women and men. Pool was nice. Buffet dinner was great. Hotel was huge

Mix up at airport pick up due to unclear instructions—they said to exit door 3 at terminal 1 but it wasn’t clear that we needed to go down to the bus stops on level 1. When we reached out, they were attentive in making sure that we got the transfer and the driver was nice. There are signs of wear and tear throughout the hotel

Loved the hospitality and customer service. The hotel is beautiful. This includes the rooms, the spacious bathroom and the general decor around the hotel. I know previous reviews have said that it's not a 5 star hotel but it definitely is. The a' la carte menu is fantastic and very reasonable in price!!! The mosque opposite is a highlight! I definitely recommend this hotel. I was very impressed.

There is a slight noise in the air con but the rest of the hotel overrides this.

The Front Desk lady was kind to exrend our Check Out time since my son's Flight from Tokyo was late evening and once qe reach Hotel it was 1:30am.. Thank you.

Always could not undeestand why the Hotel has stopped their Airport Services of Shuttle Bus to and from Airport 24hrs. You already know many Flights arrive either late evening or early morning, so why must the Hotel stop this very Important Service by 10pm. Very upsetting and nonsensical. I strongly suggest the Hotel Management resume this service for those people/tourists who do not need to be inconvenienced by this. Hope the Hotel Management do bring this Shuttle Service back. Thank you for your undeestanding on this very important matter.
