Spacious garden

Cost was not as mentioned in the booking.com, they have added more extra charges. Booking.com said the amount was 275 and hotel charges us 314.

Beautiful, large pool area to lounge while you wait for your flight.

Staff was not helpful with the airport shuttle. Receptionist told me the shuttle bus would be at level 1. After repeated questions looking for *any* more details she would only say level 1. As you can imagine, level 1 at the airport is quite large and busy. For those who are waiting at KLIA terminal 2, it's level 1 at door 3, big white coach bus.

The pool was amazing, it was clean and was very close to the airport.

We were a little bit disappointed that we didn’t have a window that opened up to the outside, rather into a garage area that light came through the mostly transparent door and did not open. We did not have garden views that was stated on the room details but was kinda ok because we only stayed there 2 days while in transit to the airport.

Being a hotel close to the airport, I didn't have high expectations. I thought it would be very basic and certainly wasn't expecting a pool! We spent our last night here as we had an early morning flight. It turned out to be a great end to our 2-week trip. We spent the afternoon at the pool (fantastic daiquiris!!!) and then had the buffet dinner in the dining room. The pool is enormous! The room we stayed in was very basic, but it's all we needed. We caught the free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning. A great service!!!

The room and hallways were quite stuffy, needed some fresh air. The aircon in our room wasn't great. The dinner buffet was okay but nothing to rave about.

spacious large room. clean. comfortable bed. top notch customer service, they were kind enough to help us print a document when we checked out. pool looked great, even though we did not have time to swim in it. decent breakfast buffet included with accommodation costs. free parking for hotel guests. 24 hour reception, allows for guests to exit/enter at odd hours to go to the airport. tv had so many local channels. we had fun watching Malay movies and dramas all night long. the toilet in the room was a little different, like a plastic dollhouse toilet fitted in the room. very clean though, i will give them that.

ordered dinner from the onsite restaurant. people, front desk staff will advise you to eat at nearby (~400m) mamak restaurants during check in. please listen to them.

Staff all very happy to help! Enjoy the size of the rooms, proximity to the airport, and buffet breakfast. The swimming pool is spectacular! The addition of clean hot/cold water dispensers in room block area was nice.

Location enables property to have high prices for meals and cocktails. Not much to get within walking distance. No atm machine. Closest is at airport. Definitely ensure you have the Grab installed on your phone.

The receptionist and Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Nasigoreng dinner helping was huge and very tasty. We had a 7:25am international flight the next morning and were glad to receive the breakfast (that was included in the price of the room) in a take away pack which was ready for us when we caught the 5am shuttle bus to the airport. It was a complimentary shuttle bus, punctual and convenient. Well done Ibis Styles :-)

The shower head kept bowing down, perhaps it's not supposed to be used as a fixed shower? The deliberate fall of the bathroom floor was designed to have shower water flow away through a drain the other side of the toilet. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean but we felt like installing stepping stones to get to the loo!

While they didn't provide bottled water like other hotels, they didn't have a service for you to purchase them from. Their systems can be unreliable in the restaurant but work fine at the reception. This forces you to pay with cash that you may not carry around on short trips.

Checking in was a little slow due to multiple guests, but the staff were prompt and swift. A convenient buggy to take us to the rooms. Accommodating staff, helpful and responsive. Good food choice from a la carte menu. Tasty and large portions. Ample parking spaces around the property. Nice pool and ambience. Short distance from the airport terminals. A free shuttle bus is provided every hour. Clean surroundings, and nicely maintained.

There was only one card-key, which made it difficult for somebody to remain in the room while the other was out (card required to access the entrance to the rooms). The bathroom floor trap didn't drain water properly, was clogged, and had a bad smell when water ran into it. Informed the reception about it during checkout.

Towels good Tea coffee water in room Superb breakfast Overall a great stay, so relaxing..although this is a large hotel it is so spacious that it never feels crowded The pool is a great temperature. Lovely places to sit, lounge and relax Free shuttle to airport made next flight easy. Being so close to airport meant you have lots of aeroplane noise but I have to say this did not affect my sleep!

Some guests inconsiderate in slamming doors ..maybes softer closing door mechanism could be considered
