The hotel is a 5 minute walk from KLIA 2 and is very easy to find. If you are coming from KLIA, you can either take the ekspres train (3 minutes - 2 RM) or the shuttle bus (about 10 minutes - free). The hotel has great facilities and there is a restaurant and bar that's open until 12am, but I think they stop serving food from 11:30pm. The food is a Western / Malaysian mix and the portions are a decent size for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay.

The room (maybe just the doorway area) wasn't soundproof and I could hear people outside my room. I was woken up at 2am by loud shouting and talking, either it was people just checking in or leaving, but they made a lot of noise. There are signs around the hotel asking guests to keep the noise level down as people leave and arrive at all times, but I think this needs to be emphasized more to people arriving or leaving during the night.

Great location to airport so don't have to travel far for flights. Welcome drink on arrival is a nice touch. Connecting room for families was appreciated. Although super close to the airport, it was far enough that there was no air traffic sounds to affect sleep. The included buffet breakfast with accommodation was great.

Rooms are small and limited space to move. Can be noisy outside room due to people checking in at all hours. The air conditioning is quite loud. Some PowerPoint's in room did not work.

We had a room next to a staff access door which was being used during the night and was quite loud, and kept us awake. On our next stay 2 weeks later, we were given the exact same room so we mentioned our issue from the previous stay and was upgraded to a premium room at no extra cost. This room was definitely better and newer but most importantly quieter. We were happy to pay to get the better room but we were given it complementary due to the previous stay. The reception staff and manager were very professional.

No kettle in the room to make our own tea/coffee which is something we appreciate being able to do before heading down for breakfast.

We were here for 2 daily 4-hour rooms, it’s not bad overall for a rest place. The room was not big but the price was fair enough. Each room was with a window which I liked a lot, since we were here only for some sleep, we didn’t try the shower or other stuffs. The gentleman at the bar was such a nice person, we bothered him so many times for almost 5 different things and he’s always there with a lovely smile and being super patient. We asked him about the meal tickets, he even brought us the menu from the cafeteria which I believed that was not a part of his job. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to check the bar out but I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time there.

I ain’t one to write awful reviews, but this hotel pissed me off. First, the young intern boy who works at the front desk clearly don’t give a f**k about his job. I asked him something simple in Chinese. The boy answered in English with an attitude like I was the one doing something wrong. Then my friend wants to borrow a lighter from the front desk. One of the lady staff was already helpin’, lookin’ for it under the desk,and outta nowhere, that guy jumps in, all high and mighty, cuts her off and goes “No, We don't have!” Like he’s the boss. Rude as hell. This boy ain’t just lazy and unprofessional, he’s extremely disrespectful and might even be racist.

Literally just a few minutes walk from the airport. Had a walkway tunnel in case of rain. Perfect for a 1 night layover stay to catch another flight. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. On site restaurant was great, good selection of food and drinks. Nice setting with seating outside and some chilled music made the evening pleasant. Bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. Ceiling fan if you don't like air-conditioning. Had a TV if you into that. Bedside electric outlet both sides. Would definitely recommend this hotel , especially for a 1 night layover.

The place is just a 5 mins walking distance from KLIA2. We were provided with very basic amenities as it was a mere 4 hours transit before the next flight but the room was comfy enough for a family of 4 with 2 children to rest after a long haul flight. The lobby is cool and have a pleasant smell as we entered. We were given a free lunch voucher so we had our lunch there. The udang masak lemak and terung balado were so delicious and the presentation was not bad too. The beautiful lady named Ms Sarah who served us was very nice, attentive, friendly and polite. We will return. Thanks!

12 hour day option, great value and convenient for KLIA as well as klia2

Please just update directions to hotel, just a little explanation on where to go when you get off the KLIA transfer bus! There are good signs once in the covered walkway, just need to know how to get to the walkway!!!

Complimentary shuttle service to KLIA. Connected short walkway to KLIA2 where there’s a mall on L4 where eateries open till late. Breakfast is included although limited choices.

Bathroom is very small and shower water pressure is bad for ambient to cool/cold water. No handheld shower head.

We have booked a 12 hours Day Room. It was just what we needed because we had a 18 hours layover at the Airport. The location of the hotel was absolute perfect. It was about 5 minutes walk from the Terminal 2 Arrivals exit. The 1 x food voucher/room was also handy and we enjoyed a nice lunch at the restaurant. We will defnitely stay here again.

Our room was next to the elevator and a bit noisy. Although there are posters to the guests to be silent at all times to respect other guests who want to catch up with sleep, some guests were noisy.
