The hotel is a 5 minute walk from KLIA 2 and is very easy to find. If you are coming from KLIA, you can either take the ekspres train (3 minutes - 2 RM) or the shuttle bus (about 10 minutes - free). The hotel has great facilities and there is a restaurant and bar that's open until 12am, but I think they stop serving food from 11:30pm. The food is a Western / Malaysian mix and the portions are a decent size for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay.

The room (maybe just the doorway area) wasn't soundproof and I could hear people outside my room. I was woken up at 2am by loud shouting and talking, either it was people just checking in or leaving, but they made a lot of noise. There are signs around the hotel asking guests to keep the noise level down as people leave and arrive at all times, but I think this needs to be emphasized more to people arriving or leaving during the night.

Bathroom is very small and shower water pressure is bad for ambient to cool/cold water. No handheld shower head.

Please just update directions to hotel, just a little explanation on where to go when you get off the KLIA transfer bus! There are good signs once in the covered walkway, just need to know how to get to the walkway!!!

We have booked a 12 hours Day Room. It was just what we needed because we had a 18 hours layover at the Airport. The location of the hotel was absolute perfect. It was about 5 minutes walk from the Terminal 2 Arrivals exit. The 1 x food voucher/room was also handy and we enjoyed a nice lunch at the restaurant. We will defnitely stay here again.

Our room was next to the elevator and a bit noisy. Although there are posters to the guests to be silent at all times to respect other guests who want to catch up with sleep, some guests were noisy.

If you stay at an airport hotel, you usually need a cab/limo/bus to the airport, but you don't have to worry about that here. The hotel is connected to terminal 2 of KLIA, and you can walk from your room to the airport/departure area within 5-10 minutes. There are numerous eat/drink options available at the airport, but if the airport is too crowded for you, there is a restaurant/bar inside the hotel that was open till 2300 during our stay. We had an early morning flight but the hotel staff packed a nice breakfast for us at 430 in the morning. You need to inform the reception in advance if you want a packed breakfast. The breakfast is available after 0330 in the morning. The passage connecting the airport to the hotel is accessible only from the second floor if I remember correctly. Please check the exact route on the internet (There are some videos on YouTube).

The room was very basic for the price.

A great option when you have a long layover in KUL and are tired. The room was just what I needed: nice bed, towels, shower, soap, water, wifi. The meal voucher that is included provided a very nice dinner. The airport is quite hard to navigate in my opinion. I had to ask at the information desk how to get to the hotel as the signs seem to vanish. The way they name and number the lifts is a bit confusing as well. But it is not far from Arrivals once you know! My biggest issue was how noisy it was right outside my room (repetitive bangs, possibly the cleaners, or just people going past with suitcases? I never knew the cause). Slightly disrupted my sleep but I would still go there again.

This is perfect hotel for a transit passenger. To get there from the Arrivals, use the CP3 button in the elevator and turn to the left. Comfy bed, good bathroom amenities. The free lunch at the hotel is quite good.

I booked a 6-hour day stay. The meal voucher was for 1 person only, although I booked the room for 2. Strange thing happened, they asked me to provide not only the confirmation of payment from the booking.com (I paid online, not at the property), but also a copy of my credit card statement. This is the first time ever in my history of travelling when I was required to provide the confirmation of payment.

The bed is a bit short, so my feet were hanging over the bed/mattress. 15 square meters for the room is a bit small (but it's still comfortable for staying one or two nights during a layover) (I was lucky to stay in a room on the other side of the entrance, because there's a lot of birds at night hanging around in the trees at the entrance that make a lot of noise at night. I can imagine that these noises can be heard inside the rooms on this side of the building.)

We we're on a layover from Chiang Mai back home to Perth, Western Australia and rather than spend 13 hours in the airport, we chose to book an overnight room at Tune. I think it's great that they offer 6 hrs 12 hours or overnight accommodation. The rooms are adequate and very practical. When we arrived, it was 20 to midnight and we we're a little stressed about having not known about MDAC as a requirement to enter Malaysia,which resulted in a chuck of time spent at immigration downloading and filling out the form to enter. We checked in and wheeled our case straight to the bar. The check-in staff were lovely and professional, as we're the bar staff. We didn't require anything else from other staff, as all we wanted was to have a shower and jump into bed. This is not the first time we've stayed at Tune and won't be the last either. We recommend this hotel for one or two nights if staying in Sepang.

Everything met our expectations.
