This hotel is in the industrial area so don’t expect shops nearby. Shuttle pickup contact number wasn’t updated. You need to go to Tune hotel KLIA 2 main branch and get a shuttle from there. Over all it is a good accommodation in this price. Ideal for young couples or if you are by yourself.

The shuttle from Tune2 to Tune1 is very convenient. Comfortable, clean bus. Reception workers in both hotels are super friendly, helpful, smiling and quick. My check-in in Tune1 was very pleasant and lifted my mood after a long day in different transport vehicles and airports. My room had a big window with beautiful sunset light in the evening.

The ceiling fan did some strange clicking noise, so I had to turn it off. There was no hot shower in the morning. Water was only lukewarm.

1. Tidy and clean room. The ceiling fan is provided, and the AC is working very well. 2. A bed & pillow + blanket are comfortable. 3. In-suite toilet size is acceptable with good cold & hot water pressure and temperature. The towel is provided. 4. Free welcome coffee given. 5. Downstairs, there is a place where we can buy some drinks and snacks. 6. I think there is one small cafe at ground level, but I'm not sure. Please check. 7. The Main reason I stayed here was because of their free scheduled shuttle service. Please check the timetable before booking your room.

1. Not for budget travellers, but with free shuttle service to KLIA2, the room price is acceptable. 2. Located at the old LCCT, that a bit far from KLIA2. But with 20-minute shuttle service ride is acceptable. 3. The room is too small. No place to perform Solat (Main setback).

Tune hotel is perfect for a good rest in the transition time. I like the room because: It is very neat and clean. It has air conditioner and fan. Some hotels which I have been staying don’t have air conditioner, only fan, which is not enough to keep cool. Another thing I like is that it has the ventilation system, which keeps the room has cleans air all the time. That is importance for our health. As I had experienced when staying some places where there’s no ventilation. So, when I just opened the door, I could smell the bad air, and I felt hard to breathing for the whole time staying. The staffs in Tune hotel are very friendly and helpful. They make my time stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks guys! I also would like to show my appreciation to the staffs who keep the whole hotel clean. Because I stayed for four days. So, sometimes I walked around, from the outside to every floor of the hotel, and I saw how hard they worked every day to keep the hotel clean. Room is very comfortable for a short stay before flight. It's really just a small room with a comfy bed with bathroom, as it's meant for an overnight stay before/between flights so do not expect too much. If possible pack your necessities in a smaller bag for the night so you don't have to open your luggage, there is not much room for opening big luggage. Breakfast was served takeaway-style, starting at 2.30AM so it's convenient for guests with early morning flights. There's a shuttle bus at 2-hr interval starting at 1AM, if I'm not mistaken it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach KLIA2. It's safer to leave at least a 4-hour window prior to boarding time if you need to take the shuttle. If you need to catch a Grab car, it is advised to call one at least 30 minutes prior as the drivers are mostly stationed at the airport. But according the front desk official, Grab cars are easy to get. There's an ironing facility but you need to come down to the GF. It is located across the front desk.

A bit pricey

The price changed as soon as I booked and went from MR105 that I clicked on, to MR129 with no explanation. I asked for a printout at reception and the base charge was 110 odd with tourist tax of 10 Malaysian Ringitts plus VAT of 8%. I showed them the screenshot of the price before I paid, but reception said it was a booking.com issue and they could do nothing. I understand about tax and VAT being added, but in the interests of transparency I would prefer to know what I am being charged, in total, before I pay, rather than being charged an increased amount after payment. Feels like a scam.

basic but a good place to stay for an overnight stop. The shuttle bus from the other TUNE hotel is essential because Aeropolis is a long way from the KLI2 terminal.

Guy on the desk said that the 5am shuttle to terminal (actually Tune hotel) was fully booked when i arrived at 8pm. Since I then advised that i would go on the 7am and he didn't even make a note of this, how could the 5am bus be booked out. Seems like they just didn't want to run it !!!!! Be careful if you have an early flight. Ask them to put you down for the shuttle when making your booking.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was tasty. Pretty good value.

Although it was my mistake, I didn't realise that the hotel was at the other side of the airport to the terminals. It's about 15 minutes by taxi. The room was tiny with barely enough room to put your luggage. The bathroom wad good with a great shower. Not a big deal, but it would good if there were a TV in the room.

Location, bed was very comfy, staff good, a plus fan.... Room safe, shower all fine.. value for money for a short stay. The front desk aslo kept a bag for an advanced booking for me - that just did for me. Bus service works well.

Rooms a bit small tho but serves it's purposes.. Please consider family suites /joining rooms. And hopefully another diverse restaurant/kitchen than the expensive japanese one, good food but patrons were few...it's needs a but if a vibe, more simpler favour, even open up street food trucks with dff menus...will be in tune....i will stay again. . Bus to KLIA could be sooner if and when needed.

Excellent value and comfortable stay in a clean and comfortable hotel on the airport complex but a 20 minute Grab from international arrivals/departures. There is a shuttle but we didn’t use this because it went from the other Tune hotel which wasn’t near our terminal. The hotel has a nice bar in the Japanese restaurant which looked good but which we didn’t use. The rooms are small but perfectly fit stinks and we got no noise from neighbours so assumed well insulated. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful so perfect for us.

Nothing, excellent value.
