No frills but perfectly cozy, with everything we needed for a quick stay before an early morning flight.

They had lockers but no way to secure the individual rooms which is probably fine, but might make some people uncomfortable. Wish we could have gone through security first but it is only allowed for international flights.

It is what it said a capsule (short stay transit layover). There are two places. Make sure you book departure airside option or if transiting but changing airports eg KLIA 2 to KLIA you have to book the one just beside the free transfer bus station at KLIA2 I spent 1.1/2hrs trying to work this out until a helpful security staff member helped me and organised a transfer between the 2. I thot I was going to spend 10hrs in the departure lounge. PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION ABOUT THESE 2 PLACES ON GOOGLE AND NOT JUST ON BOOKING SITES. GOOD LUCK. I booked in the female wing. The place is security coded. You have to store luggage in lockers so take out what you need for shower and change of clothes etc

Nothing the CAPSULE (it is not a room) has a blind you pull down for privacy and you crawl in but it is clean and comfy the toilets/shower area clean with hot water etc..

I liked everything about the property; I was provided with all the necessities- a towel, a toothbrush and toothpaste, earplugs, eye mask, a water bottle. The shower also had shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer and especially a bidet in the toilet. There was enough room for changing clothes as well. The sleeping space was comfortable and complete with pillows and cover up sheets and enough compartment to keep personal items. The lighting was also great, which was adjustable if one needs little to no light at all when sleeping. A pair of flip flops/slippers were also available under the capsule, which was so helpful for me because I only had a pair of sneakers at the time and my flip flops were in my checked luggage!

The safe in my capsule was not functioning so every time I had to leave the capsule for a shower or grab a meal, I had to leave my valuables at the reception.

I got a bit confused localizing the right hotel (there are 2 Capsule hotels: one in the Airside, near the gates, and one near the exit of the airport) but the staff was very helpful finding a solution. I liked the cheap price, the courtesy of the staff, they have to deal with stressed and tired customer (like me). Hot shower, free bottle of water, overall cleanliness.

The blankets had a bad smell, like they were used by someone else before me. Very weak wi-fi in the capsule. AC very cold (19°C), I slept with double jumper. Long wait at the reception for the check-in, furthermore it seems that people are not able to respect the queue.

This is perfect place for a short stay in between the flights. Locker for a big luggage is provided, flipflops, towell,free water, toothpaste and a brush. All shampoo & soap also provided. I like that there is a division between female and male section. Staff super nice and accommodating

There are 2 different hotels. One in the transfer area, 2nd in a departure terminal, after the customs & security checks although when booking this is unclear. Apparently I booked the one in the transfer area but arrived to the one outside. Staff was kind enough to transfer my reservation to the one outside bcs they had spaces available. The distinction should have been made clearer during booking. Bit loud as the hotel is facing massive airport ventilators so if you are sensitive with the noise better go somewhere else

not enough shower and shower and WC together so if you want to go to toilets sometimes you wait long shower / toilets not well clean staff not really friendly

• The bed is clean • The location is convenient. Just go to level 1 at the transportation hub. • At first I booked for the airside but apparently we need to go through security checks to go there. For direct flights it is recommendable to book for the landside. Thankfully the staff was very helpful and kind enough to transfer my reservation from the airside to the landside.

• The toilet kinda dirty. But bearable.

A good place to take rest if anyone has a long layover. They have a nice clean room with cleaning amenities provided like towel and dental kit if someone needs to take a shower. For that they also has multiple decent sized shower attached to toilet which is shared but are separate from one another. So, it is kinda easy to use with privacy as well. The staff were very polite and friendly too. The location is inside the terminal 2, near one of the gates (I vaguely remember it, but I guess it was near the gate P of Kila 2) and not very far from the other gates of the terminal. There were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby as well.

Warning to the tall peoples like me. Took a single room and even though the room is decent in size, I had a bit difficulties to stand up properly and hit myself to the ceiling multiple times. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

I mistakenly book the airside hotel which is inside the waiting area. The staff were very kind to move me to the landside hotel. The location is awesome! It was at the 1st level of the aiport. Around 15 mins walk to check in counter and imigration gate. Capsule has comfy bed with charging port, mirror, table, and exhaust fan. They gave us water bottle, dental pack, ear plugs, eye cover and slippers and towel for shower. The staff gave me hot water to make some instant cham at 3 am when I check out. Thank you so much 😊

The Shower room! It was too small I can barely turn around wirhout touching the moldy wall! 🥴 it was soo wet all over, and even tho we stayed at the female room, I realised later that men are using the same shower room too! Which is a big issue for a hijabi. The exhaust in the capsule was noisy, but u can turn that off (other guest might not tho, so u can hear theirs), but that's ok since they gave u earplugs). Locker was just enough for an M size luggage and 1 cabin suitcase. The phone for wake up call was supposed to be a nice touch, but it didn't work.

Comfortable bed, clean facilities

Have to walk past reception and main entrance door with people walking around the airport to get to and from room and shower. Missed my flight the next early morning which was the whole point of me booking the airport capsule. I arrived late the night before and made it through security gate to the Capsule Hotel without leaving the airport and going through customs.. It was my mistake as I was lost, however the security at the gate who were checking borading passes missed something and had let me through.. Therefore the next morning when I made it to my gate for the early flight, I had no tickets because I never left the airport and never check-in for my next flight. This isn't the Capsules fault but I'm writing this to let you know not to forget going through customs first.
