I honestly had a wonderful time ; the staff was really helpful and everything was handled professionally. the location was great and enjoyed the quiet moments. my room was very comfortable and made me want to extend my stay. if you are planning to visit Moshi ,I highly recommend this hotel you wont be disappointed

everything was perfect, my room was large and comfortable. i liked the staff they were so kind and helped out whenever i needed them. I had a chance to swim also, which made me relaxed. the food was yummy and I wanted to spend more time there to get my belly satisfied. thank you snow peak hotel for exceeding my expectations with you, hope to stay there again. I just found another home away from my own home! The whole experience was magical; there's just so much about it that everyone has to be there to see for themselves. they have awesome staff; very helpful and kind, their attention to details was extraordinary. their meals were superb and nutritious. I highly recommend them

My stay with kilimanjaro snow peak was way beyond my expectations, I had a fantastic time there, they picked me up from the airport which was really great and kind of them , my driver was kind and fed me with knowledge about moshi town on our way to the hotel, everything he said was perfect and incredibly delivered , after arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff, everyone seemed so kind and helpful. I stayed for only one night but I really wished to extend my stay. Their rooms were spaciously clean, immaculately arranged and I had a spectacular view of Mount kilimanjaro. I was able to swim in their refreshing swimming pool also. Their food was so delicious and proffesionally served, I was truly impressed by everything. This is a five star worth hotel without doubt or question. I can't wait to stay here again, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a great time in moshi.

Everything was perfect, This was the best one night stay in Moshi so far, the hotel located nearby the bustling town of Moshi and offers a very quiet atmosphere, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful and I had a stunning of the famous Mount Kilimanjaro, their food was beyond comparison,it was so tasty and their restaurant was tidy. Best Hotel in Moshi, Great services, great staff. The hotel staff greets guests every day with a smile and they're always ready to help in any situations. The food is delicious and Kilimanjaro Snow Peak Hotel met my expectations. Last but not less important this hotel is super family friendly. I highly recommended Kilimanjaro Snow Peak Hotel for the best moments in Moshi.

Hospitality

It was fine, fruit, eggs, toast and two sausages. Coffee or tea. Some fresh juice would have been nice.

I asked for an evening meal around 8 pm one night and was told there was nothing available. I mentioned this to the owner the next day and he said the cook had understood that I'd asked for a burger, which was not available. I hadn't mentioned a burger; I'd just asked if there was anything at all to eat, fruit, a sandwich. etc. It's not a major deal, but I think something should have been available because there aren't any places to go near the hotel. A bigger issue was the tour to Kilimanjaro park on the Friday. I had arranged to go with a guide called Frank on Wednesday. In the morning, there was another guide waiting for me who I did not know. I assumed he was a colleague, so I didn't give it much thought. On the way to the park, Frank texted me and said he had been 'blocked' from going with me and had been barred from even talking to me. I asked the new guy for a reason, which he didn't give initially; much later, he said Frank was not an official guide and couldn't go up the mountain. Later, on leaving the park, Frank turned up and requested money for the lunch boxes he had bought and said they were lying about his credentials and that he could lead trips into the park. The owner of the hotel had arranged all this but had not consulted with me at all and put me in the middle of a problem with the guides, which I did not appreciate. I was also charged twice for the lunch boxes. The taxi driver also tried to rip me off for the cab ride there and back, he attempted to charge TSH 100,000 for two 20-minute trips, the actual price should have been Tsh 40,000. He also does not use antiperspirant so the odour in the cab was extremely unpleasant, even with the window down. The second guide also promised to turn up the next day to show me where to get the bus out of there, but he never turned up, and then blocked my number, which shows poor faith and a lack of character.

Our one night stay was okay. We saw the previous reviews and still wanted to check it out ourselves. The staff is very nice and really try their best but training them would help to bring the customer satisfaction up. The outside area was very clean and well taken care of. I think if the apartments/ rooms would be as spotless as the outside area this hotel would get more appreciation.

The family apartment was okay, but unfortunately very dusty. Some windows/ fly screens were broken. We booked the family room with kitchenette because we wanted to put our food in the fridge and prepare dinner ourselves. Unfortunately, there was no fridge and also no kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, glasses). Luckily, the girl from reception (who also prepared our breakfast) was very helpful and brought some equipment to the apartment.
