Size of the room & comfort was exceptional. Room was nice & cool when we arrived. Everything was very clean. Loved that each room has a name. The decor was amazing. We didn't use the Waterpark. So i can't say anything on that. It was great having a place to eat without having to go look somewhere.

Only one thing we didn't like. We were napping & woke to someone knocking on our door. My husband got up & got almost to the door when an employee opened the door. Said they were wondering if we needed anything. We were shocked at this. They shouldn't be able to just open the door whenever they want.

The breakfast hotel buffet was as expected, typical fare. The Baxter Grille restaurant on site was really great. Food and service were wonderful, and the wait staff and bartender were so friendly, that we liked it enough to go back several times. The prices were reasonable. The children enjoyed the large, inexpensive sundaes for dessert. We shared a pizza one night and it was the best we have had. For the price, the suites were great for adults traveling with children. Having 2 bedrooms and a living room space gave everyone just what they needed. The children enjoyed the queen-size bunk beds in the kids' suite. When we were there midweek for three days the waterpark was quiet and well-staffed with lifeguards. I would imagine it would be quite busy at certain times. We went to Pirates Cove miniature golf and it was a hit with our grandchildren, ages 8 and 12.

Loved the room layout! My kids felt like they had a separate "room" and loved it. Nice to have the bathroom centrally located. Also nice that we could situate the kids farthest from the door. The cabin theme throughout was a nice touch and we all got a kick out of reading the names outside all the rooms. Water park was very clean and in good condition. Staff at the water park were friendly and accommodating and there was ample seating available.

Water in the water park could have been a little warmer! My kids were fine but the grownups were collllld. Not a big deal though.

Sara at the front desk was awesome! So we're Mark the manager, Cole the bartender and Bob the security guard. They were all welcoming and friendly (like family). The room was awesome and gave us plenty of space. The kids loved the waterpark and food offerings. It was clean and nicely decorated. We will definately recommend the hotel and we plan to come back soon! Thank you for everything!!

We wish we had at least one more day there. We did not want to leave!

Breakfast was great! water park except we had no knowledge that 2 of the 3 days we stayed the park didn't open until 4pm so we had to come up with other activities for the kids. It may have been noted somewhere at the time of booking so could be my fault for assuming. Restaurant and bar had great food. Staff was wonderful all throughout the hotel and water park!

Water park hours...we chose this hotel because it had the indoor activities. We even paid extra to check in early for the water park.

The room size and style are amazing

Coffee maker was dirty. Had a white residue I it and the coffee basket was dirty. Had to run two pots of water through. Room was very dusty. The ledges of the trim had a layer of dust. All the appliances were very dusty. Bathroom shower had hair near the shower head. Obvious no one cleans all the walls. There was a smudge of something red on the outside of the tub. Looked like blood.

The water park area was nice. The room was great. The restaurant had great food.

It was advertised as pay when I arrive. They charged my card before I even showed up. They said they charge when you arrive now. I was fine with that. I wanted to pay with different card then was on file WHEN I ARRIVED. They couldn't fix it, it shouldn't be advertised that way.

Top of the line continental breakfast with many options. Locations is perfect and on the main strip for everything. They had a very nice park for the kids to enjoy which is helpful during check in and check out.

We did not have sheets for the fold out counch and were only provided at flat shit not fitted and one pillow. Fold out counch was not as clean as I would have hoped. Bathrooms in the Waterpark are a bit run down and unclean. Clean towels were unavailable in the water park for part of the time.

Water park was good.

The manager of the property is professional and accommodating, a real professional. Housekeeping was friendly and attentive and detail oriented. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We love staying here, the rooms and family environment are very inviting. Thank you!!!

We did not like that the restaurant didn't open until 4pm, but is understandable. The breakfast was simply ok, but not worth advertising, again I do understand staffing issues.
