It is quite easy to get to the hotel. It’s my first trip to Guangzhou, and I have no difficulty getting to it from the airport by metro. Great place to stay. The staff were great, helpful and courteous. The breakfast is great, it has good selection of local and international choices. The coffee is quite good. The room is spacious and clean. The location is surrounded with many eatery restaurants and convenience shops.

It is a bit far from Guangzhou city center. But still getting there and to city is easy. It’s not too far from the metro station. And metro is fast and frequent, so not much of a problem. Except, you need to avoid the rush hours.

Very helpful hotel staff despite communication difficulties. Despite this, one person who spoke English rose to the occasion. Very quick responses to questions to the hotel. Getting help with every query. Fantastic location for those visiting the Canton Fair. Great metro connection from the airport and the hotel rents several buses free of charge for fair participants. There are many restaurants around the hotel and everything is within reach. Thank you for your warm welcome during my 1st visit to China

We had a room facing the street and the window was leaky and you could hear the traffic

Clean, in a good location. I recommend it to families with small children as the location has a play area nearby where there are activities happening in the evenings. Plenty restaurants around. Gym used by gym also well equipped. Subway is a walkable distance. Bank also close for currency exchanges- bank offers better rate than money beraus at airport

Breakfast was good, as someone who stayed for two weeks, l feel a bit more switching up on meals will be a good idea. Noise from road especially at night is a turn off.

The location is perfect, as it’s very close to the metro station and surrounded by shopping malls. The staff were nice, and even though we faced a significant language barrier, they made every effort to understand our questions and provide detailed answers. I would especially like to highlight a moment when we couldn’t order a taxi, as we were unable to register for the app required to do so. After explaining the situation to a staff member, she kindly ordered a taxi for us using her personal account. We’d like to express our appreciation to her once again! The food was just as expected — fresh and tasty. The cleaning service was also top-notch; our room was cleaned spotlessly every day.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which was not unbearable but made the stay less comfortable.

the room was clean and tidy. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed there 3 nights during canton fair. There was free shuttle bus to and back from canton fair. 10 minutes walking distance to metrol station Panyu station. 30 to 40 minutes to Beijing Road walking district by metro. The price worth the stay compared to famous tourism area. Eateries shop surrounding and easy to find.

The room ceiling was a bit torn, especially the ceiling painting. And the breakfast not many choices. But overall the room was satisfied.

Hotel has a simply a design with a great view of the city. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful in helping me set up my account for navigating Guangzhou. Meals in the hotel were affordable as well. There were also plenty food options along the same street and a mall is just nearby for your daily needs.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attraction. But it accounts for the peaceful neighborhood that it is situated in. The metro is near and a 10-minutes walk away.

the room was nice, they cleaned very often and always brought me water, they delivered packages to my room as well which was very sweet. The shower was amazing and the bed was 10 out of 10, loved that bed, very comfy mattress

the breakfast was very poor, very small choice of food, they didnt provide shuttle for the CIFF only for the canton fair which i didnt know

The buffet breakfast was well worth it. It had a very good variety to choose from. The location is excellent. Only about 6minutes walk from the nearest subway station and there are numerous food places to dine out next doors and across the street. The shuttle bus to the Canton Fair was very convenient in the morning

Rooms are good and clean, they also have 3 shuttles for Canton fair

Most of the staff can't speak English, location is far from Canton fair (takes 45 ~ 60 minutes each way by shuttle) and no halal food restaurants around for muslims

Clean. Nice shower. Good AC. Friendly staff. Excellent location with great restaurants.

The internet was a bit difficult to set up on my laptop. It was smooth after I managed to find the web address and deal with the captive portal, but it didn’t pop up during the first 15 minutes of trying. Also smelled a little smoke at some point pulled in from either the hallway or an outside vent into the AC.
