I get up early, so I got coffee and inspected breakfast at about 6:30 am. I came back with my family at about 8:45 and found the breakfast the same...to my amazement. Amazed because usually, near the end of breakfast time, many items are either in short supply or missing entirely. This was not the case. It was still well stocked! My family and I appreciated this very much - for both days we stayed. Great Job, staff!! The rooms were clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

The only disappointment was that the pool was closed off and not working. A little annoying, but certainly not a "deal breaker".

The lobby smelled really nice every time that I walked in and it was decorated really pretty with a tree for Christmas. The front desk staff was always very nice. The lobby was also clean.

Housekeeping doesn't automatically clean your room. They don't even stop by to see if you need anything if you're there longer than 1 day. I had to call the front desk to request housekeeping and even then they didn't come until the next day and I had to go down for towels. Also, when housekeeping came she only took the trash and replenished the towels. I had to ask her to make the beds and replenish the soap because there was barely any there when we arrived. Also there was hair in the tub when we arrived.

Well what I liked first was the greeting that I got from Debbie and Jennifer they were lovely they are very helpful and very kind and I have not run into a lot of people in hotels especially that are so cordial and helpful but my stay at this particular hotel with these people was wonderful it was very clean the breakfast area was beautiful and if people complain about the colt food and the containers it is because when people get the food out they don't put the lids back down so it's not their fault it's the other human's fault for not being adult enough to put down the top of those hot foods so I sit and watched practically every man open them up get their food and not close the top so that it was getting cold so I just really just want this particular hotel to recognize the good people that work there and also a little girl named Jay that got me hot water for tea just a lovely just a lovely place and if I ever have the pleasure to go to Jacksonville Florida again I will definitely stay at this hotel and I hope that Debbie and Jennifer and Jay are still there.

What I didn't like is a Sprite that I paid $4 for and I could have gotten a whole 12 pack come on quit ripping people off that's Sprite did not cost $4 put machines in and let us pay $1.25 or whatever but yeah four books that's a little much that would be it that was the worst thing that happened was paying $4 for a Sprite.

The room was very well stocked & clean since they didn’t do room service on christmas day. The breakfast was really good, gotta try their cinnamon rolls! They also had pancakes instead of waffles which i haven’t seen before but it was great! & the water pressure was amazing!! for my girlies that like to take long hot showers it was a 10/10 for me!

the location was a little meh but i mean it was literally in the middle of nowhere so oh well. & the wifi was a little slow sometimes but nothing major, that’s it for me.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Vineland is ideally situated near highways,the Cumberland Mall,and Atlantic City.as well as,Wildwood,Ocean City and other South Shore Beaches… I always stay at this hotel because it is very close to the community where my friend and family live..I travel from Westchester County New York to Vineland twice a year and I highly recommend this facility for its excellent accommodations .

I would like to see more security cameras outside this facility.especially in the Parking Area.

I celebrated a 5 day stay for my sister birthday (Feb 20th)…we loved everything about our stay, Front Desk employees were amazing & the breakfast was awesome, the indoor pool nice, the location was excellent. I gave a 9 review due to not enough closet & drawers space for our clothes for 2 people for 5 days stay. We kept some of our clothes in our 🧳 but will return for a summer vacation soon‼️😃

Closeness to transportation highways,Atlantic City and Wildwood Transit,as well as Cumberland and other shopping malls….Personally,I stay here because The Holiday Inn and Suites is located only ten minutes away from my friends’home,the reason for my visit to Vineland…

NO SWIMMING POOl !!! EARLY MORNING CONSTRUCTION ( 8:30 AM) guests should definitely be informed before booking HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER’S DISTURBING KNOCK ON MY DOOR on day of checkout,when as a repeat customer and guest requested “late checkout”…NEVER EXPERIENCED such confrontational behavior in the past!!!!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Recently have had a lot of bad experiences with name brand hotels, but this one made up for all of it. No people hanging around the hotel late at night, and the outsides of the room were clean.

The pool was closed. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know before we got there because we planned on using it and part of the reason we booked this hotel was the pool.

The facilities are very new, the hotel has a rich breakfast, and the location is good. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, which is suitable for a rest while sightseeing.

Employees were very pleasant and helpful. We were greeted as we walked through the doors. We would stay again and recommend it to others to stay there also. We enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like about our visit.
